great little place in nuevo vallarta next to the mayan resorts. stayed one night before switching to the grand mayan. this is a place where mexican families go to vacation on the beach. therefore, i was probably the only white person there. staff great - they let me use their cell phone to call home to the us when i got there. pool is very small. not a place you go if your looking for the great pool experience. but the beach is great. internet was cheap and convenient and the massages on the beach where only $35 dollars for an hour. did it twice - fabulous. less than fabulous breakfast buffet included. go to nopal beach restaurant next door and say hi to "eddie" the owner....More

Riu Palace Pacifico All Inclusive
This is our first time experience with an all inclusive hotel. Which far exceeded my expectations after reading some of the reviews on other all inclusive hotels. The food was great, the service was great, the staff at the hotel is really amazing. Don't forget to Tip. Yes the drinks are free but a few tips goes a long way. My glass was never empty. Cheers to Ediberto at the Marlin Bar and Claire you Rock! We had a wonderful time. I recommend the water aerobics they are truly fun!...More

It was a great family hotel. The staff was helpful and hard working. There was alot of variety in the buffet and we enjoyed the food. The 1 bedroom suite was very comfortable for 3 adults and a baby. We would return. We had alot of fun participating in all the activities....More
