There was a problem with breakfast being included. The dining room staff didn't seem to be aware that our breakfast was to be included and kept running up to the room with the bill. The desk staff were aware but there seemed to be little communication between the two. We were also confused at first because they had two different kinds of breakfast. The swimming pool was advertised but not heated. The desk staff were polite and helpful. The food was OK but not special....More

I finally learned that the 24 hour room service is handled by the front desk. If the person at the front desk does not understand English basically he does not put your order in. Its there country and they don't have to speak my language but perhaps a little more feedback that the food order I just placed is not coming. Twice I placed a late night Room Service request and waited over an hour and had to make multiple phone calls for my food. I was working late in a factory and by the time we would get out all of the restaurants were closed so this was a big deal for me....More
