    Sheraton Ambassador Monterrey Hotel
    In this hotel they billed my credit card for a room that we did not request. We requested a phone reservation over the phone and clearly specified that we wanted to reserve a single room. However, while in Mexico we discovered that two rooms were charged to our credit card and we ended having to pay for their mistake. The management ignored all our phone calls and did not agree to refund us the money that was wrongly charged to my credit card. The rooms were very incredibly hot and the water would not drain in the bath. I do not recommend this hotel... if you stay in this hotel you will definitely regret it......More
