    Riu Emerald Bay All Inclusive
The Hotel is new and that makes it a a nice clean place but the service is very low. Check in was horrible, very slow. We got there after 3:00 p.m. which is check in time and the rooms were not ready, they only had one and we were told to put all of our luggage there until the other 4 rooms were ready. About an hour and half passed and not all rooms were ready and we were given only one key card to the room and were told to come back the next day for another key. The little fridge is filled every other day and there is no room service. Also there is no pool service, you have to get up yourself and go get your own drinks or snacks. There was no bottled water available only what you got in the room mini fridge. The food was good, not a big selection but I figured we got what we paid for. The little personnel that they had was very friendly and willing to serve you. This was definetely a family hotel there was too many kids running around and including in the sports bar. There was no adult area in that hotel. I myself will not go back....More
