The hotel is overall ok at its best. Place was a little deserted during my stay. It is about a 30 minutes bus ride from and to Pisa Centrale Station and then about a 30 minute walk from the Centrale Station to the leaning tower. Bus stop is conveniently right outside the hotel and they seem to very on schedule. The hotel is very close to the Ocean which even though i could not see from my room was nice having it within walking distance. Not too many restaurants around, alot tend to open around 8pm. Nice place to stay if you want some peace & quiet. The beach was alittle disappointing as i was expecting sand when infact it is all white pebbles, which still look very nice but sand would have been preferable....More

The hotel did exceed our expectations, but travellers should be aware that it is a typical Italian hotel. Amenities are sparse and rooms basic...perfect for a few nights. That said, the room was comfortable and for the most part clean. The restaurant at the hotel is extremely good and very reasonably priced. The little bar by the pool offers excellent cafe latte and croissants in the morning. The pool is good but beware you need to wear a bathing cap and they don't tell you until check out that they are 3 Euro each!!! Across the street is a gorgeous jetti and pebble beach and a few restaurants. A mile or so south you can find public access beaches that are sandy with chairs for a fee for the beachgoer. Great location only 15 minutes from airport and downtown Pisa. Highly recommend!!!...More
