The location - Providencia - is excellent. There are lots of good restaurants near by. There is a big mall just opposite it - it is a landmark that any tourist can ask for if he gets lost! There are many currency exchange places near the hotel as well. The rooms are quite large and spacious, although a little old. The staff is very helpful, although people manning the reception in the early mornings and late evenings can't speak English. There is complimentary breakfast served (quite good), and there is free internet and gym for the guests....More

Initial room was pretty small but they moved us when we requested it and ended up with a very nice room for our 2 nights. Good internet connection, adequate breakfast, English-speaking assist on front desk, and great neighborhood (Provedencia). Less funky than Centro but not the sterile modernity of Las Condes....More

Front desk and the rest of the hotel staff were very personable. Only person that was not as courteous is the person who checked us out. Could have been a little friendlier and said thank you for your stay....More
