Hotel Playa Real
As we entered the Hotel Playa Real, I was excited about the pool area and beach front. This is where my pleasure ended however. My husband and I received terrible service from the reception area. Literally, our maid didn't refill our toilet paper roll and we ran out. I called the front desk and they refused to send some up to our room, even hung up on me. I approached the front desk and the receptionist laughed at me and told me to go get some from the public restroom. Finally, a guest from another room offered to share some from his room. This honestly, was the worst service I have ever received from a hotel and I have traveled in Europe, Asia, South America, Canada and the U.S. I requested surveys from the reception area and not given any. I asked for a manager and never got to see one. I would not recommend this hotel to any traveler....More

Hotel Central Playa
A no frills hotel, but very cheap and exceeded our expectations. Two blocks from the beautiful Ibiza beach, clean room, near to lots of restaurants and bars. We didn't spend much time in the room except to sleep, and we were so exhausted it was a perfect place to just crash for a few hours....More

The room was very big, with a little fridge and sink (convenient). Very basic hotel. The Air C worked perfectly. The bathroom was a good size....More
