Overall, my family and I were satisfied with the Hotel. If you have small kids, their private beach itself is really great. If you select an all inclusive package like we did, it included breakfast, lunch and dinner, drinks (including alcoholic), and free drinks at the mini bar your room which is unheard off. You also get a 50% discount for room service if you want a Pizza or something and the hotel includes one hour per day of free water activities including snorkling, etc. On the negative side, the hotel is so huge that in order to get to your room we had to take these mini-golf carts driven by their staff to take us everywhere around the hotel. This is a bit annoying after a while...especially with small kids....More
