Well, I travel at least a week a month. I've been in several hotels in Latin America. A local person recommended me this hotel. It is not that expensive but there are much Better hotels in the sourandings. The acess for the cars was really slipery and almost impossible to get out when wet ( I almost crashed trying to get out). They forced you, under your responsability, to get in to the parking lot using a very inclinated ramp to the basement parking lot. A fellow traveler did that and crash the entrance gate. They told him that is was his problem and the hi need it to cover the damages. That was really wrong, in the other hand they should be sued for that by the user. I stepped in to my room and it was dirty. It is not worth the price. The service is really good, i need to mention that was the only good part. Do not eat at any of the restaurants there are several yin the sourandings much better ones. I returned all the meal I asked for....More

I would definitely recommend this hotel for the price. The room is very comfortable and super clean, the maid service was excellent. Convenient location and you can walk to the mall through the hotel. The only bad thing was having to pay for WIFI internet when most hotels offer this for free. But everything else was great! I would definitely stay again!...More
