    Rydges Sabaya Resort Port Douglas
    The hotel was just recently renovated so the rooms seemed like they were in pretty good shape. THe beds were not that comfortable, pretty hard, but the room was a decent size and the bathroom was nice. We rented a car so it was easy to get to the center of town. THey also had a shuttle to town as well. We had breakfast included and the buffet was great. We ate at the other restaurant/bar of the hotel one night and the food there was below average, so I suggest you eat downtown POrt Douglas. The lagoon pool was great though and the concierge was very helpful with helping us book tours and things to do. For the rate that we paid I really do think we got a good deal....More
