The hotel was generally good and as I expected. The food at eheir restaurant was expensive although good, and I can't compare it to other restaurants in the area.
The price included "service". When I asked if that meant it included tips I was told no, so I left a tip. The next time I was told it did mean that it included a tip so basically I overpaid on an already costly meal the first time....More

The location is perfect and that is what you pay for, 100% American feeling hotel, with the type of lobby and rooms the americans are used to, as most European hotel rooms are very small.
The price of the room and food are high, but its all about the location, right by the airport,and they have a bus that will take you into the city which is wonderful. But the day we were there, the bus driver let to many people onto the bus, he left us in there in the bus with no air conditioning, and it took the hotel administrator over 30 minutes to resolve what was a very uncomfortable situation in heat and angry patrons. Left a bad taste with us....More

Hotel was clean and comfortable and service was good. However don't stay here if you expect to spend much time here. There is only one comfortable chair in the double room plus a desk and desk chair. Lighting is not too good for reading. The restaurant offered very little beyond a sandwich, pasta and burger....More
