    Hilton Garden Inn Rome Airport
    This hotel is isolated and very difficult to get to and from. We also requested a wake up call on the morning of our flight, the call never came. When told, the hotel reception said they knew about the problem from other guests, the system was not working. Just great, I guess they couldn't make manual calls to their guests. THEY DIDN"T CARE....More

    Hilton Garden Inn Rome Airport
    We had been travelling around Italy for 2 weeks staying with friends or b&b's. I try to always stay near an airport the night before my departure (anywhere). Even though there were a couple of not so pleasant reviews I decided to stay here becasue of its location and it was the best airport hotel I;ve ever stayed at. The staff was amazing, the beds and pillows were out of this world. Free internet, great water pressure in the shower, fluffy towels, delicious food, immaculate hotel... I don't get how anyone could ever NOT be 100% satified with the HG Garden Inn at the Rome airport....More

    Hilton Garden Inn Rome Airport
    hotel was easily confused with the airport hilton that was very easily accessible. hilton garden inn was by no means accessible. one can wait for a complementary shuttle which they say runs every 20 min but they really wait till they can fill the small bus, at one point i waited over 2 hours for the shuttle, then to top tings off i had to fight for my seat(8 person bus was holding 12 they actually had people in the cargo sitting on everyone bags on the bus all the way there) hilton garden inn is by no means easy to get to it is located at a separate runway in the cargo air-transport area. once there you can tell it is a hilton, rooms were very roomy and every thing is quite clean. service on the other hand was non existent the staff available was visibly over whelmed and frustrated....More
