the hotel was in a great location, close to Chapultepec, bordering the beautiful neighborhoods of condesa and roma, and only a 5 min walk to the metro (which connected easily to all the other lines), but that is as far as I would go to state positivity. the rooms were very small and the carpet looked like it had not been vacumed in days. Some important aspects to keep in mind: - No clock/radio in the room. - TV Channels are just a few (most of them national TV). - The Hotel is not responsible for your things in the room...yes it's true there was sign around the hotel with this message...for this reason they recommend to leave your valuables on security boxes...honestly that sounds serious for me...any way I leave my valuable things (laptops and others) in the lobby. In general staff was very kind......More
