    Casa del Mar Beach Golf & Spa Resort
    Our room was large, the bathroom was great, and the property has a nice setting on the beach. But the furniture, TVs etc. were cheap and dated. Bedspread falling apart, no lamp that allowed for reading at night. Four unreturned calls over 3 hours to the concierge to get a dinner reservation at the hotel next door. The food and beverage operation is poor. Wildly over-priced food that's poor quality to begin with. And the mark-up on wine is insane (example: $9 Mondavi Woodbridge Cab for $49). We decided to eat GOOD over-priced food at Las Ventanas next door. Also, while this appears at first to be a 56 room "boutique", it's actually part of a condo complex that's several times larger. This should not be billed as a 4-Star property until they upgrade the furnishings and get their kitchen act together....More

    Marquis Los Cabos
    Extremely expensive. Everything is tied to the Dollar so there are no bargains. Coke is $4.00. Everyone is very nice. DO NOT take the hotel shuttle to and from locations. Take taxi right outside the hotel; you will save over 300% on costs (including airport shuttle). Try to plan your own excursions; hotel tacks on a fee....More
