Dreams Cancun Resort & Spa - Luxury All Inclusive
I stayed at Dreams Cancun for four nights with a group of my girlfriends for my bachelorette party. For the most party, the hotel was just what we were looking for. The food was OK, the service, most of the time, was above average and the rooms were average. There were some maintenance issues that were never taken care of even though we repeatedly asked the front desk to send someone up. The rooms in the pyramid (which is where we stayed) were outdated, but OK. The bathroom steams up and maintains moisture on the counter tops and the floors, which was annoying, but not a deal breaker. The housekeeping service was good. The waitstaff were attentive, for the most part, though they definitely do expect a tip even though tips are included in the price. The breakfast at the buffett place was GREAT! We looked forward to it every morning. The drinks are SWEET, not much alcohol, but still pretty good. The beaches are great also! While I will likely not return, it is a good place for someone's first Cancun experience....More

Outstanding service, very contemporary/comfortable room with magnificent view of the sea, restaraunts had top quality food/presentation, pool was incredible...i want to install the in-the-water tile chaise lounges like they have in my pool at home now...Price was very reasonable compared to the competition....More
