    Hotel Major
    Room was spotless and building in new condition. Bar was only open at convenience of staff- was closed 30 mins early (2130 hours) and it took the manager to get them to make a 3 EUR cup of hot chocolate. Reception called the wrong taxi (50% more expensive than company I asked for by name). Location is far from the center, construction site next door is noisy....More

    Novotel Krakow Bronowice
    Compared to hotels in downtown Krakow this was a steal. The rooms were well-equipped and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They run a free shuttle to the city center several times a day however it is only a 20zl cab ride if those times don't meet your needs....More
