    Bahia del Sol
    On my recent trip to Panama and Costa Rica, the highlight was staying at the Bahia del Sol with "Uncle Jack," the proprietor. The house is beautiful, the rooms are big and there is great water pressure and hot water (sometimes rare in Central America). Jack knows everyone and everything -- and will see to your every desire. It was by far the most "homey" place we stayed, with a friendly, comfortable living area, open kitchen, delicious breakfasts and fascinating people both staying in the b&b and visiting Jack. We will certainly return again to the Bahia del Sol....More

    The hosts were both laid back and professional; personally concerned that all guests were taken care of; friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path, which is a good thing. Hanging out on the back deck over the water (in the water actually) was truly relaxing....More
