    Galeria Plaza Veracruz
    Stayed at this hotel 2 nights, safe deposit got locked up without anyone able to open it. They charge for bottles of water where Holiday Inn, Crown Plaza and other from ICH Group give you at least 1 in room rate included. No IE available in the room. Parking at front door is impossible because they are right by the mall. WHich is convenient for other shopping or kids-fun. Description says: ....on the beach....which is not true. They have a beach club and not by the beach....More

    The location is not bad, but the hotel itself is way beyond the need for a renovation. Though the price was pretty good, it still did not merit the conditions. Furthermore, though the restaurant looks extremely clean and nice, I managed to get food poisoning from the breakfast buffet....More
