    Lovely place. A great value for the money. We were upgraded to a very roomy top floor room with french windows that opened to a nice view of the city. A great location for shopping and dining and a short drive to the beaches of Biarritz. We were very pleased....More

    Hotel Florida
    The Hotel was in a small square with other hotels and restaurants. Very nice and right by the water. You could walk easily to any part of Biarritz and also walk down to the water in minutes. The hotel had free internet in the lobby (connection card for your laptop). The rooms were clean, beds were a bit uncomfortable but its Europe and thats what is to be expected. The best part was the front desk staff. I encountered 2 different people, and they were both very nice, very helpful and did whatever they could to make me happy. Absolutely the best front desk staff Ive found from a hotels.com booking....More
