    Very helpful people....it's a bit out of the way from the town of Vicenza, but its only a 18 eruo cab ride....or 3.40 euro to catch a train real quick...overall not bad...More

    We chose this hotel because we thought the location would be convenient for day trips around the area. Instead, the traffic in this location undermined that. It is in a noisy, industrial neighborhood. Most useful for those on business. The little bar and the service there were excellent; the biggest, stunning surprise was the high quality of the in-hotel restaurant. Wonderful! The breakfast was not good -- neither the food nor the service. Room was clean, but the bed was uncomfortable and you must ask them to turn the air conditioning on and tell them NOT to turn it off in the middle of the night. It is too noisy to open the window (train right behind the building and busy street on the front)....More

    From the start the Hotel staff was outstanding. Mr. Jean Lucca the manager offer great service as well as his staff. They make every effort to make our stay an extraordinary one. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have seen in Europe. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is kept in extraordinary good condition. The restaurant is well decorated and elegant, but the menu is a little limited. But the staff will direct you to one of the many restaurants near by. Overall I will rate the service A+. I'm already preparing my next trip and will stay again in this hotel....More
