Grand Oasis Riviera Maya All Inclusive
Booked 3 ocean view rooms for 3 nights. First night we were told there were no ocean view available. Stuck us in the "jungle view" by the lobby. Stinks of sewage, rooms had mold on window sills, broken shower faucet so you could not shower, absolutely disgusting!! Someone even walked into my daughters room in the middle of the night!!! Staff did not seem to care at all. The next two nights we finally got ocean view. The rooms were satisfactory but a king bed is really two beds pushed together! Not very comfy. 90% of guests are italian and would push their way in front of you any time there was a line for the buffet or drinks. Very rude. Food made us sick. May look like a nice resort but we would never stay again!!! Such a waste of our hard earned money!!...More

quality of food was excellent, Rooms were spacious and clean, The facilities were there for use however i found them a little to spread out. My least favoorite thi9ng wwas that you get lost walking around the village like setting. passenger wagons come along all the time to take you where you are going, to ttry and walk around is confusing. building identification should be on the paths and better lighted for easier recognition. all in all it is a nice place to stay and meet many international travlers, see shows, go to club, beach it, everything in a clean,interesting appointed grounds, convenient foods and drinks at many many locations,while always feeling secure and attended to....More
