Service was wonderful, beyond wonderful -- people go out of their way to help and meet all your needs. The variety and availability of food was spectacular. The setting is gorgeous -- the entire property is beautiful. The hotel is close enough to explore several Mayan ruins nearby, which allows you to be off the property if you choose. Our only complaint: the beds, themselves, are relatively small and the pillows are unpleasant. We should have listened to the previous reviewer who said "bring your own!"...More

Grand Oasis Riviera Maya All Inclusive
Booked 3 ocean view rooms for 3 nights. First night we were told there were no ocean view available. Stuck us in the "jungle view" by the lobby. Stinks of sewage, rooms had mold on window sills, broken shower faucet so you could not shower, absolutely disgusting!! Someone even walked into my daughters room in the middle of the night!!! Staff did not seem to care at all. The next two nights we finally got ocean view. The rooms were satisfactory but a king bed is really two beds pushed together! Not very comfy. 90% of guests are italian and would push their way in front of you any time there was a line for the buffet or drinks. Very rude. Food made us sick. May look like a nice resort but we would never stay again!!! Such a waste of our hard earned money!!...More
