    Santa Caterina Hotel
    I would only stay at this hotel if I was driving to or from Catania or Taormina and found myself in Aceriale. There is nothing really wrong with it, but it isn't near to anything. You'll want to stay near the beaches in Catania, or further north near Taormina. There is a nice view of the water from the hotel, but you can't get down to the water because it is down a long winding road and then a rocky cliff. There is a nice restaurant at this hotel but that is really the only thing to recommend it. The pool is pretty small and by American standards, this is more of a 2.5 than a 3....More
