    Park Hotel Tokyo
    This was one of the best hotels that I've stayed at. The single bed room was very clean and comfortable, especially for 1 person. I especially liked the cleanliness of the bathroom. The front desk was always very helpful. Two of the best features was the close proximity of the 24 hour convenient store and the access to the subway without having to be exposed to the elements. I also was very pleased not having to pay extra for internet access. Although there were several restaurants available, they were pricey. In addition, the convenience of mailing packages from the hotel was very nice without having to go to the post office. I definitely would stay at this hotel again....More

    The Fairmont San Francisco
    We had a beautiful, newly re-decorated suite with an amazing view of the bay and cityscape. Our only disappointment was the $13.95 charge for internet and no coffee pot....More

    Atlantic Palms Resort
    When we arrived the oceanfront room we booked and paid a lot for was not available so they moved us to another room with a view of a construction site. It was horrible and so depressing. It truly spoiled our whole vacation. I was then told we would get a whole 10% discount, but that has yet to happen. There are about 10 parking spaces available for all the guests so everyone has to park across the street. It's extremely hard to cross the street because there is no crosswalk, the speed limit is 45 mph, and there is a lot of traffic. We have two small children so we had to put them in a stroller and quickly cross the road or we may have been hit, and even then it took a good 5 minutes to cross. The room itself was very nice and the staff was great, but I paid a lot of money for a nice view and all I could see was a construction site next door. I've traveled a lot, and maybe I've been very lucky, but I've never been bumped from an oceanfront room to a room with a construction view and then had to pay full price. It was ridiculous. I recommend going elsewhere unless you don't care about the view you pay dearly for....More
