    Hotel room was hot when we arrived, with no A/C running. We turned it on high and still the room was very warm by the time we left in the morning. The bed was very unfomfortable given the well used mattress....More

    Prytania Park Hotel
    The room we got was not at all like the pictures. It was much, much smaller than it was portrayed. The free wireless internet only works in the rooms close to the office, so we had to change rooms. The shower was the worst I have ever taken. There was no water pressure. It was such a small trickle of water that it took about ten minutes just to rinse conditioner out of my hair....More

    New York Marriott Downtown
    It is amazing what one has to pay for a clean, comfortable room in Manhattan, but then this was high season, a short notice and the financial district. The room was very clean, bed soft and comfortable, air conditioning quiet enough to get a good night sleep and the view to the Statue of Liberty worth that little bit extra. Unfortunately upon arrival they tried to convince us that our reservation had been cancelled. After sorting out their mistake they remained unfriendly and not the least bit service oriented. Be prepared to spend a little bit of extra time in travelling but otherwise this is a great hotel, if you are willing to spend the money....More
