    Great space for the money. Decor needs updating. It is tired and shows wear. Some staff very friendly, helpful and attentive. One staff members uncooperative and seemed to not want to assist including quoting excessive rates for cab service. I requested rates on the one, two and three bedroom units. When you upgrade, I wanted to suggest to my conference and university that if we returned to Johannesburg, we stay with you. However, the manager indicated that the rates were not available in writing. She did write them on a brochure (silly, not one I would give to a colleague or my business manager). When I questioned her, she said that I would have to go to the web for a rate. But the rates were not on the web. So, you loose....More
