What a dump and the staff is not helpful and quite unfriendly. The only redeeming quality about this hotel is its proximity to Grace Bay. Of course, it is cheap. You will get what you pay for. I checked out of this place early and moved to another hotel....MoreHotels.com guest on 2008-03-21

The Somerset on Grace Bay
My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and found it to be very relaxing. The property is only a year old and very well maintained. We stayed in a garden view duplex. The room is immaculate and fitted with high end Viking Professional appliances and Kohler water fixtures. The infinity pool truly is lovely and the beach is just amazing. White sand and turquise waters. Pictures don't do it justice. The food is not cheap but did enjoy the fresh fish at O'Soliel. The food at the pool bar was mediocre and service is on island time - as to be expected. The hotel is located pretty centrally so it's easy to walk to other resorts to eat.
