Hotel Bentleys
The hotel is located right at the prime location so it was no problem finding a place for dinner and shopping. However, the room was small and it wasn't so clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful....More

QUALITY HOTEL PRINCE PHILIP
The Quality Inn Prince Philip is located about 25 minutes by train from the Stockholm City Center, so it is a bad location if your goal is to tour the area. However, if you are in town for business, the location isn't bad - across from a shopping mall with a nice food court, near a few other restaurants, and 2 km from the worlds largest IKEA.
The free breakfast is FANTASTIC - huge, delicious, lovely restaurant. The rooms are decorated very nicely, and clean.
There were a few areas where the service could be improved.
* Shuttle service: I was attending a large conference (as was about 60% of the hotel), and the free hotel shuttle only ran at one time in the morning. Given the number of hotel guests traveling to the convention center, it would have been nice to have more than one shuttle time (I heard others complain about this, and I had to take a taxi to arrive in time for the start of the meeting).
* Internet access: Currently, they allow 8 consecutive hours of internet access per day. This is generous unless you are planning on working, say - morning & evening, or even if you work in the evening, then wake up in the middle of the night (more than 8 hours = no internet). It is very nice that the service is free... but it is frusterating to be given just a *little* less than is really necessary to have convenient, free, internet.
* TV malfunctioned throughout visit...More
