Ramada Hotel Doha
I choose this hotel because of previous complementary reviews I read about the hotel's amenities including the free shuttle service between the hotel and the airport. My experiences reaffirmed those good reports about the Ramada Doha. I would definitely stay at the hotel in the future. I especially liked the choice of restaurants in the hotel itself. Although I arrived too late to enjoy the culinary experience offered by the hotel, I did enjoy the room service. The food quality was good and portions were extremely generous. A nice touch was the nice robe and the teddy bear which were nice gifts. I look forward to staying there again. Would recommend this hotel to others is they are laying over in Doha between flights....More

Mercure Grand Hotel Doha City Centre
Good stay...first room was very smokey and dirty. I called the desk and was transfered right away, no questions asked and was very happy with non-smoking room. The hotel staff was very good and the amenities were above average. Free shuttle to and from the airport was great. Taxi's all around the hotel made for easy travel in Doha. Above average pool and workout room. I would stay again....More

Millennium Hotel Doha
For my entire stay of 4 nights, there was no hot water, for showers or normal sink, and the AC Fan in the room was very noisy. This is a nice hotel, and the service was generally very good, but its not close to anything. Add to this the difficulty of catching a cab in Doha and the outrageous hotel-owned taxi charges, its not a good location. I have stayed quite often at the same chain in London (Sloane street location and the Mayfair location), and find the Doha location to be a bit better on service and decor....More
