Bora Bora Nui Resort and Spa
Bora Nui is a beautiful hotel with great service. One thing to consider is that it is on a motu with nothing else there. If you need an aspirin, you need to get on the hotel water taxi / shuttle and go to the main island. The water around the hotel gets deep quickly with the shallower lagoon before the coral reef is further away so you can get to that area, but you need to kayak or boat out past the deeper channel for the boats. There is some decent snorkeling right at the beach and around the hotel, however. Try to get overwater bungalows in the 300s on the western side of the man made island or in the 100s. It is extremely expensive, however, to eat and drink in Bora and at this hotel. It was $100 pp for a mediocre dinner buffet. It is beautiful though and service is great. If you want to relax on the beach and hang out in one spot, this is the place. there are nice activities and the overwater villas are really fantastic - you might not want to leave anyhow....MoreHotels.com guest on June-14
