We stayed at this hotel our last night in Warsaw. We had a very early flight. The only reason one would stay at this hotel is because you walk across the street to the airport terminal --- no shuttle, it is right across the street. You pay for the convenience. I'd say that it's a three star hotel at best. The room was nice, but nothing special....More

Radisson SAS Centrum Hotel
Helpful staff, good breakfast, good location (walking distance to old town and a big modern mall). Rooms spacious enough. Shower was a bit erratic with quite sudden change of temperature. We expected better amenities like bathrobes and slippers. Also, we had a problem with a shower drain that flooded the bathroom but we were told that the maintenance crew was on holidays and all they could do was clean it up. We were not offered to move to another room either wich was very disappointing. Apart from the shower problem the hotel was a good value for the money (we got a very good deal) but if we had to pay a full price I would not stay there....More

Bonerowski Palace
The hotel is right in the heart of Krakow. It is an old hotel but renovated to have all the modern amenities. The staff was amazing, the room was clean and elegant. My only complaint is that the room was small for the price but I guess this is to be expected in such an old hotel. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay there again....More
