Sheraton Krakow Hotel
We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, ending May 4. It's a beautiful hotel and makes quite an impression when entering. Registration was easy and very pleasant. Very helpful front desk. The concierge was helpful if you wanted to book excursions with her, but didn't offer much if you wanted to do things on your own. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. The bellman neglected to tell us that you needed to insert your room key card into a slot to get electricity or tell us you also needed to use your key card for the elevator. But that just makes for a more interesting trip. The only real complaint was that housekeeping didn't change our glasses for 3 days even when we asked that they be changed. Residence St Andrews Palace
We were staying only on a weekday so the 9-5 Monday through Friday did not seem like a problem. Could not contact anyone at the hotel to change our reservation. Had to pay FULL PRICE since we canceled....More
