Housekeeping would knock on the door, even when the do not disturb sign was out. The TV cable did not work well. The safe deposit box in the room did not work , I called twice for a replacement, but never received one. The mattress was old. The facility grounds area could use cleaning and painting. The indoor gym did not have water for the water fountain and there was no locker room. There was no book in the room to tell me about the hotel's amennities, I called for one but never got it. Riande Continental and Casino
We had a suite on the 9th floor, which had views of the city. The room was clean and the staff friendly. However, the coffee shop buffet is limited for brekfest. The conceirge is located in the business office and was clueless. We almost missed the Panama Canal Cruise, which only sails on Saturday (the only thing worth doing in Panama,) due to her incompetance despite us reserving the trip the day before. She did not even know there was a Vuiton shop in the Mediplex mall. Casino in the hotel is nice. They hava a panaramic elevator....More
