    Outstnding service, but the room was not up to 4-star standards. Color was dark and depressing, window coverings substandard, restroom average. Outside of the room, it was a find hotel. Nice gym, good restaurants, pleasant staff....More

    GRAND REGENCY HOTEL
    1/06 I spent one night at this hotel in transit to Rwanda. There's someone at the airport to help secure a taxi. That was great. On check in, there were problems, however. I waited for about 30 minutes to get my room due to the failure of a large group to check out that day. Staff was accommodating, but others had problems too. One biz traveler got his room, but no bed was in it! I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you have other options. Rooms and service were otherwise v. good....More
