    Palatin Hotel Jerusalem
    The location of the hotel is great, A block away is Jaffa street which leads down to Jaffa gate in the old city. A block from the cheap buses to Tel Aviv or other cities.     Prima Kings Hotel
    Customer service was lacking. Parking was terrible and several times none was available. The floor on which we stayed boasted wireless internet, but none was available; required to work in the lobby. Rooms were very small. Management and reception were unhelpful. This hotel is a solid three star and perhaps a four star hotel; for the price we expected more. This is my seventh trip to Israel and I have stayed in low budget and high end hotels; this one was quite a disappointment....More
