Best Western Empire Elysees
The hotel advertised wifi, but in actuality, you have to buy a prepaid wifi card when you check in. The only card the hotel had remaining was a 45min card. This would have been a problem had I not walked a few blocks to another Best Western and purchased a wifi card there.
The continental breakfast was not included in the price of the room.

Room was small even by European standards, but clean and efficient.
Hotel is fairly well maintained.

If the hotel is not your destination, this is a good choice and kept me below budget. If you want the hotel to be part of your stay, you need to spend more....More
