    Porto Bay Rio Internacional Hotel
    The Hotel was great overall...did have a problem with my reservation...they said it was cancelled...I found the funny and told them I would not have traveled 5,000 miles from the U.S. and show up without one...the hotel employee agreed and said it was probably a mistake and would look into it...the best part of it all was since my reservation was "cancelled" they had no more rooms other than suites and they upgraded me at no additional charge...in the end they found the reservation had been cancelled by one of their employees by mistake and everything worked out with no problem. My friends also stay at this hotel and they had a Superior Room...the room was a little small in comparison to the suite...I haighly recommend getting the suite for the extra cost...it's HUGE and well worth the extra, plus it faces Copa Cabana Beach where the other rooms have a view of the beach but are on the side of the building....More
