    Porto Bay Rio Internacional Hotel
    I booked this hotel for the first 3 days of our 10 day stay in Rio. At the end of the trip we said we wished we would have stayed at Porto Bay the whole time instead! The staff was awesome...very helpful, friendly, and spoke English. The location I think is unbeatable in Rio. We took the public bus transportation mostly and the hotel is located so that you can get anywhere in the city you need because of it's centralized location on Copacabana beach. When we got there our deluxe room wasn't ready so they upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge. The view was awesome from the balcony and the king size bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff on the beach was great too...providing a place to sit with chairs, towels and shade if wanted. The free Brazilian breakfast buffet was excellent. The whole experience was better than we expected....More
