    Hilton Cairns
    Stayed in two different rooms both very good but with different decor. The second room looked more modern and perhaps recently renovated. Overall, pleased with the hotel....More

    Coral Sea Resort
    The management and staff were too involved with the organisation of functions, eg. weddings, to give service to paying guests. Also the pool area was open to non residents and it was sometimes difficult to get a sunbed because they were being used by non residents. The noise of these functions went on well into the night and caused disturbance. We were not given the room we booked and had to change after the first night. They then offered us a put up settee as a second bed - we refused and finally accepted the fourth room offered. Service in the restaurant was very slow because they were catering for large weddings (3 in 4 days). We enjoyed our stay in Airlie despite the hotel - fortunately there were good places to eat outside the hotel....More

    Pacific International Hotel - Cairns
    The best feature of this hotel is its location; it is right smack in the middle of Cairns Harbor. There is no shortage of restaurants, gift shops, and clubs nearby, if a little too touristy. The hotel itself is a little older, but it is fine considering the price. Hotel charges for internet use, so I walked a block away to McDoanlds's and ordered a coffee while using their WiFi....More
