    Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort and Casino Aruba Beach
    Shower had very little warm not hot water.Requested King non smoking room got king smoking room that stunk,even clean clothes in suite case smelled when we got home.Was told by front desk that no other premium ocean front non smoking rooms available only double beds and nothing would be open for our entire stay.Not acceptable....More

    AMSTERDAM MANOR BEACH
    We waited for 5hrs to check in our room and the next day when we asked for an additional 1hr to stay after the typical "check-out" time they refused to let us do that. They were not friendly at all and there is no way that I recommend this hotel to anyone or stay there another time. Very disappointing......More

    Divi Dutch Village Beach Resort
    Stayed two relaxing weeks here with our kids (13 & 11) Aug 4th-17th. We did not do the all-inclusive. Instead we walked (.4 mile) to the grocery and cooked in the apartment or grilled (LP) outside for breakfasts, most lunches, and a few dinners. We loved the Ocean-view bar at happy hours. Our kids made friends at the pools and allowed us some time to relax on the beach. Two little things: 1. We booked the "Run of the House" which can be either a studio or a one-bedroom (based on availability). I thought we had booked a one bedroom - we made due in a studio. This point was not made clear on the Hotels.com website that the decision was made by the resort. 2. There are 5 resorts under one Divi name (initially confusing). We loved the entire complex, but we never ate at the restaurants on-site... So I can't speak to the food quality....More
