"Not a real 4-star hotel"
My room was so tiny I could only open my suitcase in the bathroom or on top of the bed. Breakfast was sub-par, with bacon undercooked and several items unavailable. Several staff members did their best to accommodate requests, but clearly something is up with the management. "Som att bo i en liten båt"
Trots att det är rent och snyggt så var det väldigt jobbigt att bo där ens en natt med min kompis. De 2 sängarna är tillsammans lika breda som en vanlig 90-säng, så det känns som ett skämt. "Fint prisvärt hotell"
Vi bodde ett sällskap på 6 personer på detta hotell i 3 nätter och alla var väldigt nöjda. Bra parkeringsservice där de fixar att ett parkeringsbolag kommer till hotellet och hämtar din bil och kör in det i ett parkeringshus. Och när man ska checka ut står bilen på utsidan vid avtalad tid. 31 euro för en natt, och resterade nätter kostar 21 euro. Bästa […] priset för central parkering i Amsterdam. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Rummen var fina, men väldigt små. Väldigt rent och fint, och modernt. Go säng och bra dusch!! Man åt frukost på intill liggande restaurangen och det var en okej frukost, med mindre utbud. Men helt ok grund att starta dagen på. Men inget att skryta hotellfrukost med. "Verste jeg har opplevd"
Jeg har reist veldig nye men dette var det verste jeg har opplevd.Bestilte basic rom noe jeg alltid har gjort på hoteller, men denne var så liten at det ikke var plass til tonpersoner i rommet. Skulle mannen min stå måtte jeg sitte på senga. Dusjen var tett og vannet fløt ut. Var ikke noe skap på rommet, ikke såpe på badet - og ait condition fungerte […] alt for dårlig. Heisen til rommet var så liten at vi måtte sende opp koffertene uten oss. Gangene er så trange. Vi forsøkte å bytte men hotellet nektet å gi tilbake pengene og vi endte opp med å bytte til tross for tapet fordi tilstanden var så ille. Prisen var også veldig høy per natt, drøyt for å være så dårlig standard. Flyttet til annen hotell med liten pris differansen og stor forskjell! Hotellet var vanskelig å finne for det er større fokus på restaurant enn hotell. Område var bråkete og veldig skitten pga en festival der - men kort avstand til ting. Er ingen grunn til å anbefale hotellet for det er kort avstand fra mange andre men mer komfort . Er man ikke ute etter komfort er jeg sikker på at man finner mange andre billigere og bedre. We hebben hier overnacht van 18/7 t/m 20/7. Het hotel is echt een aanrader. De kamers zijn erg mooi. Een minpunt is echter wel het volgende. Doordat het een monumentaal pand is, beschikt het niet over dubbel glas. Zeker in de zomer is er s'nachts veel leven op het plein voor het hotel. Dit heeft ons enigszins belemmert in de nachtrust. "Average hotel...Not a 4 start hotel, by far..."

We booked this hotel expecting it to be a 4 starts hotel, however not even close. From looking at the sign outside to walking into the very small reception area you get the feel that you arrived at a motel not a 4 start hotel. They have 1 person working per shift, with no concierge service. They gave us a very small room in which we couldn't even open our luggage because there was no space to walk. It's worth noting that the rooms were very clean, basically new build, but small. we were to stay 5 nights and only after threatening to leave the hotel they gave us a different room a bit larger (Normal size). The breakfast is ok, there is no gym facility, the WiFi drops your connection every 10-15 minutes. no 24/7 room service. the price per night is too high comparing what you get for your money...If i had to give a start rating would be 2-3 start at best. Got better help from the concierge service at the NH next door. The Location is is very nice. Center City, with transportation right in front of the hotel.Lots to do near by...Needs improvement in costumer service and reception and pricing.
"Overpriced but nice location"
The rooms are very small. It does not seem that the hotel is run by a professional. The breakfast restaurant is the same restaurant that is used for dinner and it hasn't been properly cleaned from the night before. The breakfast selection is ok and the staff is very friendly. When we got our room, the two bedside lamps were broken, but they were fixed within a couple of hours.

Perfectly situated in the heart of Amsterdam and really easy to get to all the tourist spots. Only real "downside" is that the rooms are really quite small but OK for a short 2 night stay. Staff, all over the hotel are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice and serves till 11.00 am. Outside patio facing onto the square is a great spot for people watching. Overall a pleasant place to stay.

Nice and good hotel right in the city center. Rooms are cleand and in modern style litle bit small but seem thet is normal for Amsterdam . Service is good and also good restaurant for breakfast. If you are looking for good hotel in this nice town ,try to book this one. Bye and see you soon.
"Comfortably and close to center"

We booked the room the same day and got a nice price (90€) for a double. The reception was (strangely) hidden behind the elevator:) but the staff was really nice and helpful. They really made us feel welcome and gave us tips of activities and maps and all sort of advice about the city. The breakfast was good and our short stay was to our full satisfactory. I think the ordinary price is more like 150-200€, and our judgement might have sound a bit more negative if we had paid that. But overall the breakfast was good and the staff was excellent:)

Nice new hotel in the center of Amsterdam. Good value, nice suite, lovely bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, the location is perfect for visiting Amsterdam but you can hear the people on the Rembrandtplein in your room. Some earplugs fixed that easily though.

PARKING Parking service was 21€ pr day + 10€ for pick up service at "B. Smart hotel service - B. smart parking", which is the service that the hotel uses. You have to wait by the car while waiting for the pick up service, because the parking spot in front of the hotel is not legal parking, although we were told by hotel staff, that it would be possible to park in front of the hotel, while we wait. ROOM the room was nice and CLEAN but quite small. And the bathroom was relatively small as well. The mattresses were comfortable, but they kept sliding apart creating a large crack in the middle of the bed. BREAKFAST The breakfast was okay - with the option of ordering any kind of coffee/tea with breakfast without extra charge. The cappuccino was good :)

The location was both the good and the bad thing here, proximity to bars, restaurants and shopping. Saturday night the Rembrandts Plein was a gathering point for scores of people drinking and smoking "stuff" goong on until 04:00 accompanied by a nightclub down the road. Somewhat less noizy Sunday night. Rooms were very small. Bathrom hardly more than 1m^2 plus shower. The shower did not swallow the water properly so even a short shower caused flooding. We had to ask for extra toilet paper as cleaning had forgotten this. Breakfast small selection but OK. Nothing more. When checking out we left the luggage for keeping at the hotel, coming back for the luggage the lock to the luggage room could not be opened and we had to wait 2 hours for the lock-expert to show up. A very frustrating experience as checkin at the airport came closer and closer. We would not pick this hotel the next time. Staff was polite and helpful but key staff seemed to be on vacation causing things to take time.

The Hotel is probably in one if the best possible location , overlooking Rembrandt Square, a very popular party square. The hotel is brand new, so rooms are bit small but very nice and modern. Personal where friendly and accommodating. Probably , as new hotel they need pay more attention in details. There was no remote control in the room and at the reception, so they brought one after 30 minutes , and then we found the other remote control under the bad together with balls of dust big like a cat! Room cleaning service need to be improved. Breakfast quite bad and pool. I give them 4 stars as I see they trying their best, seems just lack of experience . Positive experience anyway.

I booked a room at this hotel for 1 night and they have charged my card 3 TIMES for the booking and charged his card as well!!!!! Then they even had the audacity to charge me a cancelation fee for him not showing up to his booking, even though he RANG ME FROM THE HOTEL DESK FOR THE BOOKING NUMBER. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!
