Rude staff, unfriendly experience. We felt late check out fee was a little bit too much, so we decided not to check out late. But the staff who was responsible for assisting our check out process was irritating, and forced us to leave within 15mins when she learnt that we no longer wanted to check out late.

Great location and spacious apartment. Needs more spoons and knives. Bathroom fan doesn't work and patio was too dirty to use. Other than those easily fixable things, it was really good for a family.

Well located, large studio apartment near lots of restaurants on 9th avenue. Typical New York shabby chic. Somewhat worn with limited kitchen equipment. No elevator, so it is not accessible. We had to wait one hour in a bar for the person to show up and open the apartment even though we called in advance as requested. They only take cash. Credit cards have a 5% surcharge. There is also an $80 cleaning fee per visit that was not revealed on the Expedia web site. There is no on-site staff. This would be a good place for an extended stay for someone who doesn't need a lot of service and is comfortable in the city, like us.

un departamaento muy bien ubicado , con artefactos eléctricos buenos , ropa de cama , muy mala y presentación general ,muy malo, pintura descascarada, cables de elctricidad todos con alargadores , En fin no para recomendar

Wir waren im Anschluß unserer Ostküstentour (Camper) die letzten 4 Tag in New York und haben mit unsere Tochter die Stadt besichtigt. Waren in einer Vorstellungen der Blue Man Group und Iluminate. Mit der New York City Pass waren wir in verschiedenen Museen, auf dem Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building, Freiheitstatue, Mdme. Tussauds, Meatpacker Viertel, Fulton Street, 9/11 - das übliche Programm eben. Tolle, anstrengende Stadt.
