"Good location very clean , hi speed internet"
I stayed there couple days, it was easy to find, a great location 5 minutes walking to the main station and the national Museum. The WiFi was great, it was very fast , i was able to upload pics and videos on YouTube and face-book. the down side is the front desk only open for limited hours. no breakfast and the room is kinda tight.

"Not a bad place in Zurich, near the train station"
A decent enough place to stay in Zurich at a very good price. Cooking facilities in my room were very basic, but this wasn't a huge problem. Many good restaurants and shops nearby, and within easy walking distance of the main train station and the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful.

"Hotel ok for a short stay"
Room wasn´t cleaned during my stay there. Weird hotel where you have to enter your room through the garden, not the main entrance, which is not very safe. Room was ok, bathroom a bit small. Staff wasn´t very nice, i had to wait for 20min when i arrived until the guy at the front desk finish his personal conversation over the phone. Location is good, 3 tram stops, or 15min walk from the train station with a few bars/restaurants nearby.

"Casa Heinrich skuffer lidt i anden omgang"
Vi var der af to omgange. Hotellet ligger fint, ikke langt fra banegården og i hyggeligt område med cafeer og restauranter. Nem transport til bymidte med sporvogn. Hotellet har ikke alm, åben reception, men det fungerer fint at ringe og få nøgle i automat. Værelserne er små, men fint indrettet. I denne anden omgang var værelserne ikke helt pænt rengjort. Der var en del støv. Desuden var der hårtørrer på værelse, men ingen sted at sætte den til!

Fint hotel lidt væk fra centrum. Ungt område med butikker og restauranter. Hotellet er nemt at komme til. Mindre værelser, men fint udstyret. Rene og pæne. Receptionen ikke døgnåben, men løses med telefon og nøglekasse. Nemt!

Cogimos una habitación en este hotel porque era lo más barato que encontramos en una zona de la ciudad bien comunicada con el centro. De hecho, el hotel está a solo dos paradas (5 minutos) de tranvía de la estación central, o unos 15 minutos andando. La habitación era pequeña pero tenía todo lo necesario y estaba limpia, así que no podemos tener ninguna queja.

O atendimento da recepção é formal e não há oferta de café da manhã. O quarto é simples. O serviço de quarto é praticamente inexistente, pois durante todos os dias que ficamos hospedados não houve limpeza no quarto/banheiro (os cestos de lixo ficaram transbordando e as camas não eram arrumadas). O sinal de internet no quarto é bom. Fica relativamente perto da principal estação de trem de Zurique e o bairro em que o hotel está localizado é bom, porém fica a uma certa distância do Centro Histórico da cidade, devendo fazer uma boa caminhada até as principais atrações turísticas.

Sem café. Tipo flat (quarto com cozinha parcial). Ótima relação custo benefício. Boa localização (perto da estação HB), dois mercados perto. O sistema de checkin não é muito bom (a recepção fica aberta de 10h às 20h). A limpeza do apartamento deixou a desejar. Não tem elevador e nem pessoa para ajudar com as malas. (ficaria novamente pelo valor da hospedagem)

Good value for the money - it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. They need to refill the kitchenstuff. For us it was ok but if you choose an apartment you would probably expect to be able to fix some simple food.

フロントが10-22時のみなので注意。トラムは至近。ミグロスも至近。中央駅まで歩いて12分。エレベータなしで5階はつらかった。シングルは少し狭いがこんなものか。タオル替えあり,シャンプーあり。WIFI良好。この程度でもスイス価格なので1万3千円とかった。

"Not for business trips"
The room conditions were good and nice. No elevator so be prepared. Bad opening hours for the reception, opens at 9 am, so if you're on a business trips and need to check out early, you have to argue and solve the issue by yourself if you want to store your luggage at the hotel during the day before your flight back... Not service minded staff. But otherwise, pretty cute hotel. Looks better on the images than in reality though. However, general rate 3/5.

Det var ganske enkelt ikke eksisterende fordi hotellet havde ingen reservation i mit navn da jeg nåede frem. Reservationen var bekræftet mere end 3 døgn forinden men ikke registreret hos hotellet, og de kæmpede mere end ½ time for at finde et nyt hotel til mig. Det lykkedes men det skaber da store tvivl om hotels.com fungerer tilfredsstillende næste gang.

Before you read the review, kindly note my status as a Tripadvisor Level 6 Contributor who has lived in hotels all across the world. It is important so that you don't see it as a crib-review and understand that this is my honest effort to dissuade other travelers to do this gross mistake for saving a few Francs. We had the MISFORTUNE of staying here and I am writing this review while I am still at the hotel (using their wi-fi :)). We chose this place (the Apartments unit) only because we had a toddler and I needed a kitchenette and a central location. To be fair to the hotel, I did get the two things: a really good location and a decent kitchenette. But it was all downhill except that. We stayed here with my family and wanted to point out some of the problems we faced: 1. No room service - Imagine coming home after a hectic day trip and seeing your room in exactly same condition as you had left it. Even the dustbins were not taken out. However, the problem is not just in not providing service but the overall attitude of the staff and management regarding this. The first day they said the service is at 10 am, second day they said service is on alternate days and on the third day, they even declined that their was a service available in their apartments. When I said if I should take out the dustbin myself, they acknowledged that this should have been done at least. 2. Condition of the room - There was no drainage in the bathroom, so it was flooded every day after bath. And obviously, it remained so even in the evening as nothing was done about it. The chimney didn't work and no one bothered to fix it despite complaint. The room size was small but that's what you get at such low prices, so no issues there. As mentioned by other reviewers, there was no air conditioning but we did not require it anyway, so no issues regarding that too. 3. Overall unprofessional attitude of the management - As mentioned earlier, this place is not worth staying because of the room but because of the way this property is being handled by its owner and the staff. They know that their business will always flourish because of its central location in Zurich and they never care about their customers. I was told by the owner himself "... read your Terms and Conditions. Everything is mentioned in small prints". I doubt it was even written there but the very fact that this is the excuse being given shows their attitude towards their customers. So, please avoid this hotel at any cost and don't get fooled by its low prices. At the same prices, there are much better options at airbnb or even Swiss Apartments.

We stayed here for one night (which was enough to discover how bad this place is) we arrived at 1.30pm after a long flight. We were met by an older guy (the owner/manager I believe) who took couple minutes to acknowledge our presence. We politely asked if could check in an hour early due to travelling-he stated not until 3 room not ready. the check in time is 3 but by the time we were talking in was nearly 2-every other place in Switzerland had been kind enough to let us in hour early! We returned at 3 to be greeted by young girl who checked us in. Room itself is small but clean double bed (two singles together) and sofa bed. The bathroom is clean but apartment can be noisy as mixture of residents who live there and guests of hotel. However we found it bearable. The WiFi is apparently free but ours didn't work - I had to walk three times to there office which is 5 mins around corner but was not point it shouldn't it took me to do this! They did not offer to come in room or did not apologise. The girl on desk said the manager has reset it -this was the answer I got on three occasions. I saw the manager in the corridor on the second Occassion where he said it's fine! Mine works. The third time the manager printed off the wifi details and told me it must be my phone enter it manually. I said my phone has worked in every other country including Switzerland. The Internet never worked we gave up and went for dinner. The next day there were no apologies despite me stressing fact we needed Internet to contact family. Ignorant staff in every possible way. I wouldn't recommend stopping here.

Loved the location of this place as it was minutes away on foot to the tram station. There's loads of supermarkets and eateries around too. The wi-fi was good. The room was clean. Appreciated the kitchenette. The staff was very helpful, although having to check in only at 3pm despite arriving in Zurich in the morning, after a 13hr flight has to be my only bone to pick with this short trip.

Five of us stayed in the top floor apartment. Two double beds and one couch. Clean and nice beds. We could access the roof and there was a nice of view of city and sunset. Very close to tram. There are no other facilities and the reception closes in the night. So make sure all your requirements are spelt out and met beforehand. Reception staff did not appear very friendly. No lift, which is clearly mentioned at their site. We did not have adequate toiletries for five of us.

This was the worst hotel/guesthouse in my three weeks Europe travel. First of all, I had to wait for an HOUR for receptionist to provide us the key and room number as NO receptionist attending in the reception. The receptionist told us their hotel was full and overbooked and I needed to walk 15mins to the adjacent hotel. When I entered to the room, the room setting and outlook was completely different from the picture shown in the website which I booked from Hotel.com. Also, the room was very small so that I could not open two lauggages on the ground at the same time. The worst thing was the POOR ventilation and the window was not openable. I needed get the fresh air by opening the Door and corrdior window at the lift lobby whole night. I did complain but they said their room was full and unable to help. Luckily, I was not robbed during my 1 night stay even though it was close to "Red Light" district. The wifi reception was terrible. This was a nightmare and I thought it is a SCAM !! Using the nice picture in the website to attract the tourist and then divert the tourist to other accomodations. If you don't want to spoil your holiday mood, please choose other hotel. I rather pay a bit more money for a better one.

First of all, the check in - I don't think we are prepared for a unmanned check-in yet. There are several issues which often you find after you check in a hotel, and they need someone to listen to us right there and to be sorted out. The hotel has a policy of check in between 10 am to 8-pm only. We arrived at 9-Pm and we were to receive a code to open the door and check ourselves in. All charges paid in advance - so no one cares whether you really arrive, are comfortable or not. The machine was tricky and we had to call repeatedly (Expensive roaming International calls for us) until someone came to our rescue and checked us in. Thankfully the guy came, because what was to follow was not expected.There is a automatic key dispenser which gives you the key as you arrive and if you checkout before reception opens, you deposit your keys over there too. This box gave us keys to a room at the attic. It was on the 5th floor (Quite difficult for my father to climb) and even upon request we could not get a room at a lower level. The room was cleaned, .... of all the useful stuffs. Listen to the fun - could not turn the light on,and had to call the guy again - who said, the last boarders must have taken away the card which needs to be inserted to turn on the lights !!! He inserted a visiting card to turn on the lights. He left and we found that the bathroom has a lot of bottles with nothing in them. The hand-soap bottle the shampoo bottle were empty. Kitchen had utensils, but the induction was defective. It could not be turned off. Since this was an attic room, the roof overhang above us, in a weird slope, almost coming over our heads. The place is few stops on the tram from the stations, which was the only good thing. Choose a different place to stay if you happen to arrive at a time after the normal reception hours and make sure that if you are travelling with elders, you get a lower floor room.

We never knew that this Hotel doesn't have lift (escalator) facility otherwise we wouldn't have taken this hotel. Literally we have taken 3 bags (20 kg) using stairs which was really frustrating. Also we have reached 2 hrs before check-in but they don't open the doors before 10 AM though there were people around inside. Room was okay and had a decent kitchen.

We stayed in the self-contained apartment section of the Casa Heinrich, and it was such a good choice. The room was small, but it was clean, comfortable, and it looked newly renovated. There were fresh towels and toiletries provided each day too. The bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was small, as was the shower, but it was so clean, and new! If you are looking for a well priced apartment within 10 minute walk of the Zurich central station then this is it! There are a heap of restaurants and takeaways in the blocks surrounding the apartments, so food is never an issue for any budget (considering how expensive Switzerland is right now). Be aware, that if you stay in the apartments, reception is a 5 minute walk down the road. The staff were friendly, and always helpful when we asked questions. The only things to watch out for, especially if staying for business, is that the wifi is absolutely unreliable, often dropping out or so slow that it was impossible to just send a basic email or do a skype call. However we were on the 4th floor, so just check with the casa when making your booking for a room that has more reliable service. Also, if you need to iron business shirts, they provide an awesome iron...but no ironing board! On the upside, if you are staying for a while, they have a great laundry with free washing machines and dryers. Oh...you can also open the window if you love fresh air overnight...and the best thing is that it is in a quiet neighbourhood!

Me and my boyfriend have stayed in Casa Heinrich Apartments for 2 nights, on 13-15 january 2015. I would never stay here after the serious argument we had with the hotel manager just immediately after our arrival, if it wasn't late in the evening and it wouldn't be a burden to look for other places to stay. When i saw the apartment room that the receptionist gave us, i went back to the reception and complained about it; because it wasn't anything like in the descriptions; it was a very basic room which felt like not cleaned and prepared, and we had two single beds although i had booked a room with a double bed. I was told that i had to wait in the line of customers again, for her to deal with my complaint, although i was there before others a few minutes ago and it was her fault that we were given an unprepared room with the wrong type of bed. When i insisted on the problem being taken seriously, she called the manager. The manager told me that the descriptions of the rooms were written as a general description, and they don't reflect the specific rooms. I told him that they had to reflect, but he said that he can't bother with writing separate descriptions for each room! And he suddenly started to insult me saying that if i want something more, i should go somewhere else. When i told him i will rate this negatively on the internet sites, he told me that he would make my evaluations erased claiming that i was lying and that i don't have any proof or witness to prove otherwise! I replied with the same tone saying that he can't treat customers like this and he can't make the evalutions erased, he said "you can't tell me what i can't do; i can do anything i want". Basicly, for the first time in my life i was mocked, insulted, and threatened by a hotel manager. I honestly think this person has psychological problems, and he is a modern time bully. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody, since according to me how you are treated is the most important criteria when choosing a holiday accommodation. There are many accommodation choices in Zurich within this price range, which are at least as good as this one in terms of comfort and location, won't write fake or misleading descriptions, and will definitely treat their guests better.

The place is very comfy and restful..very near the train station and important landmarks. All things you need are within reach..we arrived early in this hotel at around 7:30am and the receptionist will only be in at 9am..we were lucky he was earlier so that we were just in time for our tour bus going to Mt. Titlis..
