"Practical hotel for Songkran"
We stayed in this hotel for Songkran since it is pretty near to Siam Road. The staff is kind and they try their best to help you, for example taking a cab or finding a place to eat. There is a 7/11 pretty near and food stores are not far, same a spa, that we all enjoy after a crazy Songkran party.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Value for money at a great location!"

Stayed here for a month, doesn't look much from the outside but it has everything you'd expect from the place, 2 mins walk from the chong nonsi BTS which makes it easily accessible, and with a bunch of restaurants all around the place and alot of street food in the next lane, there's a rooftop gym and the pool. Will definitely come here the next time
"No Frills But Great Value for Money"

When traveling with family or groups, I find that it's better to go for a serviced apartment than a hotel for the following reasons: 1- The common area (kitchen, dining and living room) makes a really great way to bond with your friends and your family. 2- It's cheaper than getting three or four rooms in a hotel. In this case, we have 5 adults and 1 kid and the 3 bedroom apartment we booked just cost us $150/night. Whereas if we stayed in a hotel, we would easily spend $250 or more. I was pretty excited to get a great deal at Sabai Sathorn especially because it's much closer to the Chong Nonsi BTS station. Last time we went to Bangkok, we stayed at Somerset Suanplu which is a much nicer apartment but to get to the station, you have to take a tuktuk ride. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed when we got there (stayed at room 804): - there was a construction right next to the apartment so it was a bit noisy - the apartment has a certain stale smell (which quickly went away after opening the window for a few hours) - the apartment looks so bare without any decorations - though it's not disgustingly dirty, it's not as spotless as I'd want it to be. The balcony especially has a lot of dry leaves, cigarette butts, etc. - the shower in the master bathroom is leaking - they forgot to install the modem for the apartment's wifi - the hallways are poorly lit BUT I got to admit it's still great value considering what you will pay for a hotel, not to mention these pluses: - The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cutleries, ladle, plates, cups, etc. which allowed us to cook breakfast and dinner - The staff are very flexible and accommodating. I appreciated the fact that they gave us an apartment facing away from the construction site. - The pool is area is nice but would have been nicer if there's a kiddie pool for the kids - Considering what we paid for, I think it's still great value than going for a hotel. - The beds are comfortable and clean - I don't mind that they only clean the apartment every other day. It's an apartment anyway and not a hotel. This serviced apartment has so much potential given its location, if only the management and administration can put more effort in the upkeep of the property. Simple decorations and regular checks of facilities will definitely make significant difference. Over-all, we enjoyed our stay in Sabai Sathorn. It's not for everyone but if you're traveling in groups and looking for great value and willing to overlook some minor things, then this can easily be your home in Bangkok.
"Great location, nice clean apartments, great staff"

These serviced apartments don't look like much from the outside but having stayed there twice I can say I'd happily go back. It is only a 3 min walk from the BTS which is super convenient. Healthland (popular massage place), Dean & DeLuca's and other little cafes, restaurants are all within 3-5 min walks away. There is also a little nail salon right next door. The staff are very sweet and really try to accommodate every request. The day security guard is particularly nice and always greets you which is a nice touch. The apartments themselves are very spacious, clean and well maintained. The beds are also very comfortable and there's free WiFi. They only clean 3 times a week but whenever I needed clean towels or more toilet paper I would just ask at reception and they'd send it up. The kitchens have most of the basics but they did lack simple things like glasses and a toaster but again when I asked at reception they showed up with toaster and glasses so I couldn't really complain! The pool is on the rooftop and is very nice, lovely and breezy. The gym is up there too and is very well equipped. The only thing missing is any kind of restaurant or room service but with so much on the doorstep it wasn't really necessary. One thing we did miss was cable tv. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again when we are back in Bangkok.

Good to try this sabai sathorn services apartment, room are clean and min walk to chong nonsi station. Staff are very helpfull especially the security always have a good smile even sit under the hot sun outside the hotel. For the hotel have no breakfast so have to go out eat or you can get some stuff to cook at hotel room as they have everything at the room you need. About the swimming pool area a bit disappointed because the pool are dirty is look like been not clean for few week as i can see green color water on the pool during my stay. Well... beside the pool everything are fine for the hotel.....

Stayed at this apartment from 6th to 9th November 2013. Booked a 2 bedroom , nice n clean. They provide a washing machine. The surrounding area will be a high end area with ritz Charlton residences ready in 3 years. We booked without breakfast, we had breakfast across the road every morning together with the construction worker. Very nice moved pork, egg n rice.
"Great location and very comfortable"

I spent 10 days at this family-run and very comfortable serviced apartment. The location in the upscale Sathorn district is very convenient. The Skytrain and Subway are just minutes away in walking distance. The famous Silom Road with hundreds of restaurant/shopping options and the famous night market are all within walking distance. Also two renowned private hospitals are very close by. My one-bed room apartment was cosy and clean. The apartment is divided into a separate seating area with flat screen TV and WiFi router. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a generous refrigerator, stove, water cooker and microwave. The separate bedroom has a large, very comfortable bed and leads to a good-sized bathroom. The appartment offered lots of space and is an excellent alternative to a cramped hotel room. Some other amenities worth mentioning are room safe, hairdryer in the bathroom, daily free drinking water and free instant coffee/tea samples. Although there are some construction sites close by, the windows are isolated and you can not hear a sound from outside. The hotel also has a beautiful roof-top swimming pool, free internet in the lobby for those without personal laptop and a coffee shop right on the premises. Nearby is a 7-Eleven store which is open 24 hours and where you can get food and all kinds of other supplies. The staff of the family-run Sabai Sathorn is welcoming, warm and friendly. They helped me to re-book my plane ticket and were very helpful with advice and information, also due to the excellent English speaking management. Everyone was always very kind and attentive, from the receptionists to the office staff as well as the guard outside. I enjoyed my stay at Sabai Sathorn and felt very well taken care of. Hopefully, I can come again some day soon.
"Very nice alternative to a hotel, good getaway"
11/29/13 Matthijs L Java, Indonesia
Really cool alternative to booking a hotel, it gave us the opportunity to relax more than in a hotel. Apartment 605 contains a kitchen with electric stove and microwave, 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 single) and 2 luxurious bathrooms. The view is OK although other buildings closeby are higher, but still nice. The beds are good and the living room gives you the extra space you don't have in a hotel. On the rooftop there is a nice swimmingpool with view on Silom district and a gym. And there is free private parking space under the building. Then finally, staff was very helpful in calling a garage for us and printing our boarding passes for our flights. We loved it and would go again.
"Great location and comfortable "
11/15/13 Michelle F London, England, United Kingdom
Location is brilliant being few minutes to sky train plus good places to eat very near. Stayed here for six nights with my cousin and was so comfortable coming back to air con and water in the fridge and a pool on the rooftop. Having the bedroom separate to the living area was great to not be woken up. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were very happy to be able to wash clothes in the communal washing machine for 30 baht I'd highly recommend this accommodation
