This is far and away one of the best places I have stayed. Location, staff, and suite were all perfect. You can walk to Stanley and gas town very quickly.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We enjoyed our stay here and liked the location, being close to so many restaurants and activities, like the beach.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great location - near Coal Harbour, Robson shopping, Stanley Park & short walk to English Bay & Davie Village. The room & service was great! The staff were friendly and helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Would stay here again"
Loved that all the places I wanted to hit were well within walking distance! Great cozy place! I would definitely stay here again especially for longer periods because of the kitchenette (only stayed one night, but it still came in handy). Private secure parking and balcony/patio were cool features.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very nice suites"
Clean rooms with loads if space. Not very far from downtown Vancouver. Free shuttle service. Rooms on the strees side are a bite noisy.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Nice place to stay. Small but well laid out rooms. Sofa bed a little small if your kids are 12+. Excellent location near to Stanley Park; bike hire place is 100m away. Comfortable walk to heart of town. Lots of decent places to eat across all price ranges in easy walk. Supermarket and liquor store across the road.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Overall good. The hotel was very helpful. Great location... Would recommend.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to Stanley Park and Robson St"

Can really agree with ARM59's review. Location great, facilities really good, room really spacious, lovely to have a kitchen and also a small balcony. We would go back and would recommend it to all those staying in Vancouver for more than 3 nights as it is near Safeway and Wholefoods and lots of eateries, so you can choose to make your own breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff (Coco and Kiran) very helpful. The only negative point would be the decor, could do with a bit of a freshen-up. (The aircon was loud, but that is the same in many other hotels)

After seven visits to Vancouver we’ve finally found THE place stay! The Robson Suites are within easy walking distance of Coal Harbour, Stanley Park and Canada Place. It’s a bit longer walk uphill to the CBD. A free shuttle bus is available if you give at least one hour’s notice and the friendly driver will drop you anywhere in Downtown (where there aren't road works). We had booked a one bedroom suite which we loved. The kitchen is fully equipped and was spotless, with fresh teatowels and dishcloths supplied daily. We loved being able to wash and dry our clothes (in the cleverly-hidden, compact unit), and washing powder was supplied. We appreciated the small room off our entry hall where we stored our luggage. The only downside was that the bed in the separate bedroom was a double (we’re used to a queen-sized), but we gladly put up with that to have a large living room, a table to sit at and a balcony. The nearby supermarket supplied all our needs for food, and bike hire stores are around the corner. After checking out, our luggage was stored securely until we left. If you’re looking for self-catering accommodation in Vancouver, we heartily recommend The Robson Suites.
"Great roomy accommodation for good price, central location."

We really enjoyed our three day stay here and would definitely go back. We are a mature couple who stayed in August 2014 and found the entire facilities satisfactory. The laundry facilities and roominess were fantastic. The only negative were the noisy aircon which we simply turned off to sleep. Staff were friendly and really helpful!
"Location, convenience and economy - a good choice for extended stays."

We like to be where the action is and the area around Denman and West Georgia in the West End does not disappoint. We found the housekeeping suites at the Robson Suites to be a great base of operations and very convenient to Stanley Park, Cole Harbour and even English Bay. Not so far from as well from Downtown and there is a free shuttle to take you there if pre-booked. We took the Skytrain from the airport and a number 19 bus to get within a short walk to the hotel. The unit we have is very clean, up to date and well equipped. While not large there is well equipped kitchenette, living room, small bedroom, full bath, washer and dryer, dishwasher, small balcony and even a room for your bags. With the exception of sharp knives and a cutting board and maybe some extra hangers, there is everything you should need. We found lots of local shopping for food and a liquor store nearby and good quality fruits and veggies if you want to prepare your own meals or even some of them. We found an overwhelming variety of restaurants from many, many cultures in the area and even some new fusion foods to temp you. Free wifi is a bonus plus lots of coffee shops and patios to sit out on and a McDonalds right next door if you like the comfort of predicability. Other than a some-what noisy window air conditioner there were no complaints and it is in the living room and you can leave windows or the balcony door open in better weather - no bugs in Vancouver. For the not-so-good days there are complimentary large umbrellas. We could not have asked for more - not luxury or fancy but clean, efficient, reasonable and very friendly and helpful staff. Please treat them well so that there is no turnover before we return again.
"Everything great except the bathroom"

Read online reviews and looked at the hotel's website before we booked. Everything was as we expected - great location, clean, well-supplied suite, good security. Overall good value. We were miffed, though, that no one had commented in any of the reviews we read on the layout of the bathrooms. The shower is a small round 'pod' - not enough room to change your mind (let alone stick out your elbows!), and it is accessed by 2 steps. Beside that (also via the steps) is the tiniest soaker tub we've ever seen. A very large person, or someone with mobility issues, would be hard-pressed to use the shower with any sense of ease. It is unfortunate, because it's a deal-breaker for us; we wouldn't return to the hotel.
"Great location, great service"

We only stayed one night in Robson Suites having travelled around the Canadian Rockies and heading to the US for the second half of our vacation. The apartment was clean, well proportioned and had great services including a washer/dryer (including washing powder) and a full kitchen. Really liked this apartment and wished we had booked to stay longer. Free car parking a big plus in a city centre location
"Fabulous location in the heart of Vancouver"

We recently stayed three days at the Robson Suites and could not have been happier. First the location is excellent. There is a large Safeway grocery store across the street next to a BC Liquor store, CIBC, and Starbucks. There is a Whole Foods about 200 metres further up Robson. There are at least 5 different bicycle rental places just around the corner on Denman if you want bikes for touring Stanley Park and the Seawall. They have a free shuttle which you can book in advance as well to take you to destinations to far to walk. (We used the shuttle to take us to the Float Plane terminal and it was a great service.) We stayed in a room on the top floor (407) which I would recommend as they have vaulted ceilings which makes the room appear even larger. As others have mentioned the apartments are well equipped with dishes for 4, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, toaster, in addition to the washer/dryer and free wifi. (They even include the laundry soap which was a nice touch.) English Beach is about a 15 minute walk away, Stanley Park 5 and Canada Place around 15 minutes as well. There are all sorts of restaurants on Denman if you don't feel like using the kitchen. (A must try for a treat is the Nero Waffle Bar just below the hotel on Robson.) The staff were very friendly and accommodating as well helping us with suggestions for things to do and what areas to see. I would recommend these apartments to anyone if you like this style of accommodations.
We stayed 3 days and had all what we wanted. Big, spacious and very clean rooms; kitchen well equipped. A lot of good restaurants around and very near to every important spot in Vancouver. Very helpful and polite personnel. Surely would recommend this hotel to my friends.
"Great Location and rooms."

We stayed 3 nights here and really enjoyed the location, close to everything in and around the city. The rooms are well equipped and the Washer/Dryer is a bonus. Only downside for us was the heat in the afternoon, the bedroom got quite warm. there was an air con in the living area which we left on all day to get the temp down and a small fan was supplied to circulate the air in the bedroom. Once we did that the temp was OK. We were in a room overlooking Robson St.
