"Fantastic contemporary pad in Pisa"
Absolutely delighted with hotel in Pisa. Really modern contemporary and quirky rooms and area, with all the mod cons you need. Garden is really nice and modern too. Delighted to see that it was such a short walk to the leaning tower and restaurants for the evening. Plus, didn't realise it was such a short walk to station, this meant we could hop on […] a grain there rather than having to head back to Pisa Centrale. Highly recommended. Very happy with our stay. The hotel is located in what appeared to be a train station car park. However, its very convenient to go and visit the tourist area. There is a train line preventing you from directly crossing to the tourist section, but found out there is an underpass that will allow you to get to the other side near the PAM supermarket. Room […] was clean and larger than expected. Free wifi and breakfast provided. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place close to leaning tower of pisa"
Friendly and very helpful staff, nice breakfast, very clean and well decorated with a wonderful garden. Room was spacious with an enormous bathroom. Excellent stay. Attractions are walking distance.Genuine Expedia guest review
This stylish B&B is only 5 minutes walk from the leaning tower. The house is beautiful with every detail carefully planned from the decor to furnishings. Our hosts were fantastic - welcoming, warm, funny, helpful and attentive. Breakfast is well catered for and there is a hot tub if you wish to use it. The B&B is also near a small station so there are […] connections to Lucca, Sienna and Pisa main station for Florence & Rome. This is more than a B&B. We will definitely return - had a fab time and did not want to leave. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very nice and classy"
Beautiful back garden, very stylish but not pretentious. Very helpful staff. Big room and bathroom (double even though I booked single - for the same price). Spotless clean. Only minus: no view from the window because of a balcony with a 2.5 m high wall (!!!). Another thing - you can hear some trains passing by, but not a real bother. And very close […] to the Tower! Its a cosy beautiful house run by Silvia and her family. Everything is attended to details. The back garden is wonderfully decorated and very pleasant to stay out for breakfast or a coffee. They serve a very decent breakfast with freshly made coffee. rooms are nicely decorated. very conveniently located , walking distance to the Pisa Tower and not too […] far from city centre either. "Nice hotel with easy access to railroad station."
Cosy hotel with nice rooms, but not to isolated for noice between the room and the reception. If that is fixed the room should receive a 5 instead of 3..Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Fantastic boutique b & b"

Stayed one night so that we could visit the Piazza dei Miracoli. Location is fantastic although the walk through the underpass could be scary at night - but absolutely fine in the daytime. The owners arranged a local taxi for us from the B & B to Pisa central and back, which was about 7 euros and we had an amazing evening meal on the banks of the river. The property is very modern and very very comfortable. The breakfast was great and was served either inside or outside in the garden. The owners were very attentive and helpful and it was a lovely start to our holiday to Florence and Tuscany. We would stay at the Rosso di Sera again if ever in Pisa. One other minor point, our bedroom was on the top floor, ok for us as my husband had no problem carrying the luggage - but could cause some problems if you're not as fit and able.
"Beautiful Boutique B&B"

Situated in a beautifully restored villa, whilst on the outskirts of PISA is perfectly placed for the Duomo & Leaning Tower. Also right near the Pisa S. Rossore station, which can create some noise, but nothing that was a problem. Using this station to reach the Pisa Centrale station takes 5 mins, one stop 3/4 times per hour @ 1.50 Euros.Great location to get to the Duomo/Tower ticket office early to get 'timed' tickets to visit the tower if you haven't bought online Large, clean, contemporary minimalist rooms, very modern bathrooms with a good rain shower and amenities. Lovely garden to eat or relax in. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on it. Great location to get to the Duomo/Tower ticket office early to get 'timed' tickets to visit the tower if you haven't bought online.
"Nice but pricey"

Fantastic renovated villa with huge and lovely furnished rooms with high ceilings. Short walk to Pizza dei Miracoli but through a heavily graffitied (and a bit scary) underpass. Free parking available. The b&b is located opposite the train station so it can be noisy. Overall nice but a bit pricey (€8 for breakfast, €25 for late check out and €10 to use the outdoor above ground hot tub - cannot call it a pool).

Silvia is an amazing host and makes you feel like home. She treated us like family. The house has been redone beautifully. Great bed and pillows, very comfortable, good sized rooms. The house is very close to the Piazza dei Miracoli, but in a quiet area just by the secondary train station Pisa San Rossore. It is true that walking down the dark alleyway is not pleasant. If you are a light sleeper take earplugs with you. The rooms downstairs are literally by the reception desk and the entrance door, so you might get disturbed by other guests going in / out. Silvia recommended an amazing restaurant called La Pergoletta, do not miss it! Best pasta I have ever eaten in Italy.
"Fantastic stay at the Rosso di Sera"

Only had one night in Pisa before flight home the following morning. Regret not having spent longer in Pisa and especially the Rosso. The property has been designed and finished to an very high standard. The bedroom was large and uncluttered. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed for a great nights sleep. I particularly enjoyed the shower - it was a balmy, humid day and it was lovely to cool off under the rain shower. Sylvia and her son Leonard were perfect hosts and breakfast was excellent. Leonard does a v good double expresso. Would like to return to experience more of Pisa and the Rosso.
"Outstanding stay. Highly recommended."

we stayed for only a night (deeply regretting this now) with our 16 month old son. the location was fantastic (and we traveled with an active toddler in a capricious pram). we could walk to all the major attractions easily (10-15min). There is a large local supermarket PAM just 5min away which meant we could get cheap food and water (almost half price compared to town). It isn't near the Central train station but it's just one extra train stop (2 min ride). and the train stops just a street away. it was lovely to admire all the sights and sounds and return to such a peaceful location at the end of the day. the room was amazingly spacious and clean, wonderfully modern (very rare for B&Bs in Pisa when we were looking around). the room pictures are accurate (not just taken from nice angles). we learnt that it was all designed by our host (an architect). breakfast had a good range of wonderful food and sylvia (and son) makes fresh coffee to go with all the beautiful food. this makes the place excellent. the most and outstanding part was the sincere exceptional service. As parents with a young child, we were overwhelmed when our host appeared with a huge box of toys for him to play with. such unexpected service made us feel like it was Christmas. Our request for soy milk, due to allergies, led to our host popping out a huge range of extras which she obviously took the effort to prepare: rice cakes, dairy free biscuits and chocolate pudding (and we only stayed a night). this place will overwhelm you more than the frescos, towers and big buildings.
"A Good Place near the Leaning Tower to Stay"
05/02/14 alo30 USA
The bed and breakfast is located near a train station;close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. However it is not near the Central Train Station in Mestre as you will need a local Regional Train to reach this property. So, if you just want to be near the Leaning Tower of Pisa, then this is a nice place to stay as the leaning tower of Pisa is actually walking distance and the bed breakfast seems ultra modern and clean. The staff is also very nice and personable. However, this bed and breakfast does not have an elevator; which means if you are placed on the 3rd floor, you will be walking 3 flights of stairs with luggage. In addition, the Bed and breakfast is not in the main part of the city so you will need you will need to take the Regional local train to the Central Station to get to the main City. The bed and breakfast is very personalized and makes you feel important.
"Highly recommended "
We just stayed here for one night for our quick visit to Pisa. This B&B is very modern and we had a very comfortable stay. The room was a fantastic size with a good bathroom too. Breakfast was also lovely. There was a slight mix up when we arrived with regards to the room we had booked, however this was very quickly resolved without any problem and Leonardo and his mum were extremely helpful, as they were with everything. Nothing too much trouble. The location is brilliant as it's about a 5 minute walk to Leaning Tower and literally a minute if that to a train station (not the central one however!). We would definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you Leonardo and your mum!

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time at this Bed & Breakfast. We were really impressed by the room, very stylish and fresh. And the location was very good too. Only a few minutes to walk to the leaning tower, and only 1 minut to nearest train station and a large supermarket. The hosts was very welcoming and helpful with everything. Without doubt, one of the coolest places we have stayed!
"A cool place to stay"
A great 4 day break to Pisa was made very special by our stay at Rosso Di Sera. It's the coolest place we have stayed. A beautiful renovation in the heart of the city. Add to this the fact Leonardo and his mum are incredibly helpful and attentive it makes for a great place to stay. It's in the heart of Pisa and close to Pisa San Rossore Sta for easy travel to places like Lucca. The finishing touch is their supersize spa pool which was a great reward for our young son after probably too much sight seeing each day. Great place. Great people.
