"A Middle of the Road Hotel, Not a Boutique Hotel"
The Park Hotel seemed like a good bet at first but was disappointing. The lobby is just okay. The rooms are just okay. I had a double room. Felt like a middle-market chain hotel, not a boutique hotel. Clean but a bit beat up. Very basic stuff. Terrible dim lighting, basic desk. Underwhelming for the business traveler. On the good side, a few minutes […] from La Guardia, 10mn walk to the 7 subway line and a short walk away from the amazing restaurants available in Flushing. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
I often use this hotel for my out of town guests. It's location is tops however there is no parking. I mean not even to come out and register. It's easy to get a parking ticket while u check in. It would be helpful if they had a doorman.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"great value, new and convenient."
The hotel is very new, Skyview Mall is right across the street, and Main St is only ywo blocks away. Inside the hotel is very clean, receptionist is friendly, very efficient and quick. The Sky Bar is a must go place, great view of the area, big TVs in the bar area, and also couches available for u to hang out outside. Make sure take the elevator closer […] to the main entrance to get to the R floor. The room has an expresso machine in the closet, and mini fridge with two free spring waters. a nice wall mounted Samsung TV about 40 inches. comfy bedding. shower water pressure is great. love the lavender body wash, etc. the breast is American and Asian fusion, plenty of space to sit down, great view from the kitchen corner, love the exprience there. def will come back again. "Attend U.S. Open Tennis Tournament"
When we reserved the room we expected a Deluxe King room with a least a chair to sit in but when we arrived, the room was barely big enough for the King bed. There was no chair, no chest of drawers for our clothes. There was one wall that had a counter for a coffee maker and a small closet with the ironing board, iron and a couple of drawers. When we […] inquired about the small room they sliped and quoted the price of our room and found out it was a lot less than what we paid at hotels.com. They switched rooms on us and gave us a smaller room. After we complained they moved us to a larger room that had a chair and was a corner room and paid much less. So beware... On the other hand, the hotel is new. Just opened in March. Everything is new. Walking distance to the U.S. Open Tennis Center. Shopping and Applebees across the street. Staff is very plessent to work with. The bathroom was unique. The shower was a walk-in shower. There was a small threshold separating the floor of the bathroom to the floor of the shower. Water would splash onto the floor of the bathroom. The breakfast was boiled eggs, toast, bit sized danishes, bananas, apples, cold cereals, and chinese soup or dumplings. "Great Place to stay for the US Open"
We were looking for someplace close to the US Open. The Parc was a great choice. The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and professional. There is not much right around the hotel for tourist, but the hotel had a rooftop bar with a nice view.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I attend the US Open every year and had always stayed in Manhattan until this year. Good decision. The service at the Parc Hotel was excellent; staff pleasant and helpful and the breakfast better than expected. I walked each day to go to the tennis matches and baseball games. This saved me a ton of money (plus I got exercise). I will return to stay […] there next year as it works for my purposes. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

1/Nice friendly staff 2/family hotelGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The location is excellent , two blocks from subway. However. some rooms are right next to the train tacks and if you are a light sleeper, you might have a problem. The hotel is clean. The staff in general is helpful and pleasent. I asked for ice one evening and the receptionist went to get it for me. The only thing that made my stay unpleasant happened […] during breakfast. I asked one of the staff if they have a paper cup so I can take some juice to my son who is really tired and sleeping in, the person said no and told me in a stern tone that this is not for takeout. The problem is I saw people taking coffee out from cups given to them by other staff members. Some people took an apple or a banana. She also sounded rude. Maybe she is the boss because she usually came in later. I saw her at 10a.m. on Tuesday morning but not the previous days since I used to go earlier. There are other nice hotels in the area. I probably will try a different one next time. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"good hotel close to citi field"
Drove to NYC, for a Mets game. Hotel was nice and clean good service. Within walking distance of Citi field as well as the various tennis venues. Even though the hotel doesnt offer parking there are lots all over the place. We found one for 15 a night that was gated and gaurdes. The 7 train is only a block away and cabs pass by often. Only downfall […] was the skytop bar was closed for a party. I dropped my review down because of this. "Return Stay at the Parc"
This is my 2nd stay at the Parc in the last 3 months. I like the hotel because it is close to La Guardia airport, the subway and a small mall. "Surprising little gem at a great value"
Booked this 96 room hotel near LaGuardia in Flushing, N.Y. (2-1/2 miles from LGA) due to a flight cancellation, and I'm glad I did. The hotel is brand new (March 2014), is very nice and reasonably priced, good hot breakfast (included), clean spacious room with good lighting, lots of electrical outlets in all the right places, nice desk & work area, […] good closet space. Overall a well designed, comfortable room. And the location is great - two blocks to the subway, a short walk to the USTA Tennis Center (where the U.S. Open is played), and right next door to a multi-story urban mall with Target, Best Buy, BJ's Wholesale Club, apparel stores - anything you could want. I would definitely stay here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"New, and nice"
Quick can ride from LaGuardia when my flight got cancelled. Very new and clean. Downstairs staff was friendly. Upstairs on the rooftop bar not so much. The two young kids up there tending bar were far more interested in each other and their phones than the patrons. Room was smallish but nice. Right on the edge of chinatown, walking distance to what […] looked like a nice mall, within sight of citi field. Breakfast was very basic, cereal, fruit, coffee, a few pastries, but it was free. "Great base of operation for all things NYC"
I stayed with my son at the Parc Hotel for 3 days, as we were looking at colleges in NYC. The Parc stood out because it was highly rated, easy accessibility to all things in the city via Mass Transit, and a short walk to Citi Field for us to enjoy our evenings at baseball games. The hotel is new and clean, the staff are exceptional, parking at the mall […] next door was only $24/24 hours, the No. 7 train to Times Square was a two block walk, and Citi Field and Flushing Meadows were a mere 10 minute walk over the bridge. The rooftop bar provides spectacular vies, and the continental breakfast is adequate. We were able to maximize our time in the city, and thus derive the best value for our stay. The location and value are well worth staying in Flushing and taking the 30 minute subway ride to Times Square. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"no parking and bad breakfast"
Convenient location and staff seems friendly. However, the hotel doesn't have a parking garage. When we arrived and asked about the parking, the staff gave us a piece of paper says "parc hotel parking" and pointed us specifically to one garage while there are lots of other parking garages around, without mentioning that we need to pay for parking. We […] found out on the second day of our stay that we need to pay $24 per day for parking in that garage and the rest of the garages around are charging $15 a day. My guess is that the hotel makes money for referring people to the garage. Otherwise what do we need that piece of "parking pass" for if we have to pay anyway? We ended up parking at a different garage for $15 per day, and the other garage is even closer to the hotel. My other complaint is that their breakfast sucks. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel but no parking lot"
The hotel itself is really nice, clean and spacious, but there is no parking. Modern, quiet and spotless, if somewhat austere. On the edge of Chinatown. Two blocks from the subway station. Across the street from Target. Staff were very helpful. I absolutely enjoyed this hotel except for the breakfast and the price of beer on the rooftop... I think the breakfast could have been a little more Americanized besides cold cereal and toast. Friendly and helpful staff makes this Hotel a standout. My room was clean, and although was on the small side, had everything in a larger room. "The Check-in was anything but smooth..."
If you don't specifically ask for a high floor you'll be given the second floor with a view of a graffitied wall with the elevated trains just behind. Also there was no mini refrigerator as advertised. We tried to get our room changed by calling the front desk. They said someone will be right up. We waited for 5 minutes then went back to the lobby. […] A young Chinese woman at the counter said there were no other rooms and the Hotel was fully booked, while the man next to her on the phone was talking to a potential customer saying "yes we have rooms available". When confronting her, she asked in a high voice "are you calling me a liar"? She was rude and inconsiderate and should not be working at the front desk. We again pointed out what his co-worker just said and she finally changed our room to the fourth floor with the same exposure and a mini-refrigerator. I can't be sure the problem had to do with us not being Chinese but it crossed my mind. There was a very helpful person the next day named Sheila that took our complaint and was sympathetic to the experience we suffered at check-in. Her customer person skills were commendable.
