Absolutely loved my stay. Going to the bar by the pool for a few drinks after work made my working day much more pleasant. The staff were lovely and attentive. Although the staff serving breakfast were super slow! The rooms were amazing, the bed was super comfortable. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend it to everyone else.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We stayed for one night on a short trip to Berlin and had a fantastic stay. All the staff were extremely helpful and polite. Our room was lovely - really comfortable bed and pillow and very quiet too. The roof terrace was fantastic for sunny evening drinks and a relaxed breakfast in the morning. Loved our stay and would definitely go back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Fantastic atmosphere with very original decor. The design of the room was well thought out with lots of personal touches. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a bit quirky and might not suit everyone's taste but definitely suited mine.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"HElt Fantastisk upplevelse!"
"Painfully hip but still a great hotel."

This is one of the priciest hotels in Berlin but the amenities are great. The rooms are beyond comfortable with lovely amenities. The bath products are posh, there are fresh cookies every day, everything is on a dimmer and the beds are dreamy! The spa is also fantastic. The staff are all young and attractive.... the only downside to the hotel being that they are occasionally a little too cool for school when you need something. Definitely would stay here again.

So my family and I were here for close to 3 weeks. The hotel is designed beautifully. Our package included breakfast each morning that was delicious and the atmosphere is really nice - i did feel like a ragamuffin with my three kids and all the cool people but everyone was lovely and our apartment was so comfortable. My only complaint was the concierge at the Soho doesn't compare to that of other luxury hotels. They were kind and helpful but I was often told "I don't know." I think most guests aren't sight seeing like we were. There were very few kids which I liked. The staff was lovely and the place is gorgeous and away from all the crazy tourist stuff. I hope to go back. We accidentally set of the fire alarm with our toaster and they were so nice about it. I really over this place. Still 5 stars for me!!

I can't recommend this hotel highly enough - a very, very cool place to stay. We had a "small" room which was still a very decent size with incredible decor, and a great bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful, and the club floor is absolutely fantastic - we had a number of meals there, all of which were delicious, and the Sunday brunch is worth a visit to Berlin in itself! Rooftop pool is also very cool, although probably more geared to drinking next to it rather than swimming in it. Great location - easy to walk to lots of places

Fabulous room. We stayed for four nights and we wanted to stay longer but they were fully booked. The service is excellent and very low key. The clientele tend to be young and film industry related. No cameras and no picture taking allowed for their privacy, I say their privacy, as no one would ask me for my picture or autograph, but there were actual celebs staying so it looked like a nice break for them. We had a good time here, close to the metro, private, beautiful views; it's an escape amid the enormous hustle and bustle of a large cosmopolitan city.

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend break to explore Berlin. The good points: Superb well equipped room with high quality (cowshed) products. Food very good and fair value considering the quality. Roof terrace trendy although the advertised roof-top pool was more to look at than swim in, but who wants to swim anyway? The neutral points: It sells itself as a private members club and for that reason has a bit of snob appeal about it. That's possibly why it attracts a trendy and fashion conscious group of people, many of whom seem to be in love with themselves and enjoy repeatedly walking around the foyer and other public areas stopping to view themselves in the mirrors. That was our impression every time we entered or left the building. Is that good or bad? Possibly neither hence "neutral", but if you happen to think you are gorgeous then this is the place for you!! And good luck to you!!! Negatives: Service was generally poor, slow and surly. Also disorganised. One example: We had a late flight and asked if it were possible to keep the room an extra hour, no problem they said and made a note on the register. So far so good. But at 12 noon we got a rather aggressive phone call asking us if we realised checking out time was noon so we better speed up. So much for German efficiency. Room service was also not brilliant, taking several calls on one occasion and often the line was engaged anyway. In summary I still give it 4 stars for the position, the high quality spacious rooms, the good food and the rooftop bar with views. Just a pity about the inefficient surly staff.

We had a fantastic stay at Soho house. Great staff, rooms and facilities! Great ambiance. Only bad was that the spa was fully booked. I will definitely be back for a longer stay. The cowshed products really adds on to the luxury feel. Great value for money.
"NOT YOUR FATHER’S HOTEL"

From the moment you pull up the lack of a doorman tells you this is not your Father’s ye of 5 star hotel. The lack of ready assistance with your luggage, for those who continue to travel with more than one small roller bag, is quickly offset but the accommodations and camaraderie. Our room was HUGE and eclectic. The bath opened into the bedroom (closing by a sliding door) and even with it closed thru room was large for a party for all your friends. The bed was the most comfortable and as big as the room. The dining room was hopping and the feeling you get from the surfeit of local members made one feel there were at their club, not at a strange hotel. The roof top pool added to the glamour and energy. The gym was as big as the rooms and fabulously equipped. My only wish was that it was more centrally located for where I had to be. But if location is not a requirement, I would say one couldn’t pass up the Soho.

Great experience. Our 2 bed 2 bath apartment was lovely. Only problems with the washer/dryer but the staff quickly came to our aid by laundering our clothing. Service was very responsive. You could even get a bartender to come and make cocktails in your apt whir you were getting ready to go out at night. All in all, a lovely experience at this property. Luxe without the snootiness. Good value in a 2 bed 2 bath w 4 people
"Soho House from a young woman's point of view (travelling with her female friend)."

Advantages: The hotel was fabulous. I stayed here with my friend and we just fell in love with this place. It's expensive but we didn't spent too much there because we ate at other plaes and didn't go to the spa.The gym is free.We had dinner at the restraint just once but we totally liked it.The maid was cleaning our room twice a day (actually once, but somebody from the stuff always came in the afternoon to check whether everything is ok and if we need anything). The interior reminds of the Era of Socialism in Germany mixed with some chick modern details. I would describe the hotel as very sophisticated. Disadvantages: The stuff was trying to take too much money as deposit. We have sad in advance we don't want them to do anything with the credit card and if necessary, we'd like to pay deposit per cash. They took 50 per cent from the whole room price AND the city tax (we didn't know anything about city tax, even when I asked in advance per E-mail the stuff DIDN'T mention it), so the deposit was about 920 Euro (9 nights). We were a bit confused. When checking out we found out it was wrong, and the stuff didn't have right to take AS MUCH money. And the city tax was included in the price. Even after taking cash as deposit they were to charge off money off the credit card. Happily there wasn't any more money on this credit card. So, the paying experience in this hotel was a bit unpleasant.
