This is a great place if you are planning to stay for a longer period of time. They do not clean your room, make your beds and give you clean towels every day like in a regular hotel. This is more like a rental aparment place. I can say that the location is great. Close to stores, and restaurants in Downtown. Each apartment will look a bit different […] depending on the owner. So every stay might be a little bit different. For the price and location i think its a nice place. free wifi and complementary parking if you plan to rent a car! Stayed four days to attend a family graduation. The apartment and parking stall made this a great base. Enjoyed walking to many places in the city. Close to shopping on Robson and yet not too far to walk to Gastown. Did not really encounter any hotel staff.Genuine Expedia guest review
We were on the 33 floor and the views from every room were amazing. Great value for comparables in the area. Close to Robson Street shopping and the Vancouver Convention Center.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Location just off Robson St was excellent. Room was outstanding. All kitchen items were present. We could walk to shopping and restaurants. Mass transit was a short walk away. Museum was about six blocks. Stanley Park was about a short mile from the apartment. Hop-on, hop-off tour buses were about two blocks away.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Perfect position in Vancouver"
We enjoyed our stay - good facilities and close to everything. Staff very helpful and friendlyGenuine Expedia guest review
"Nice downtown spot"
The apartment was clean and spacious, on the 26th floor with views of the water, and a full kitchen. It was advertised as two bedrooms, but I'd really say "1 and a half", because there was an air vent connecting the two bedrooms - ALL sound travels between the rooms, completely eliminating any semblance of privacy! Don't think you can get away with […] just being quiet in bed -- each bedroom can hear *every single thing* in the other. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Good location, but bring your own coffee"
This was a great alternative to a hotel in a great location. The apartment was clean, with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. It was bit too warm though even though we had all the heat off. Check in was a bit confusing and the concierge's demeanor left a lot to be desired. We were disappointed that there was no coffee or sugar provided. Having […] said that, the apartment was spacious and bright and the location was fantastic - full service grocery down the block, close to Skytrain and stanley park. "Great location, but dirty room"
Can only check in between 3-6. Reservation said concierge would assist if checking in other than those times, but they did not know how to do that. Any issues I.e. Key didn't work was told by the concierge to call the after hours number for vancouver extended stay. Concierge was useless. Once into the room, we were happy with it although the floors […] were filthy. Great location and nice to have in room laundry. Rooms were very tiny, but was all we needed while touring the city. Nice place but you need to bring your own shampoo, coffee tea etc. Apparently you also need to arrange housekeeping before you book otherwise beds and bathroom are not cleaned. I was unaware of this so must have missed that detail when booked.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Convenience and comfort"

We spent our second 10 day visit to Vancouver in the same apartment block. It is well located in the centre of the West End district which was ideal for the things we wanted to do. Our apartment was clean, well appointed and comfortable and the staff extremely helpful with advice on local facilities. Good parking.
"Family trip to Vancouver"

What a fantastic experience! Having older teens means they need their own rooms and booking multiple hotel rooms is cost prohibitive so I always look to rent a nice apartment or condo for family trips. I found Vancouver Extended Stay using Google and found the reviews on Trip Advisor were generally quite good. After looking at several options, I decided to book a two bedroom condo based on location and price. Their up-front customer service was quick, efficient and they went out of their way to answer my questions. The rate they charged us was almost too good to be true (and included free parking, which in Vancouver can run $30+ per day at local hotels) so, when they said they couldn't guarantee I would get the suite I had seen in the pictures they had sent me I was a little bit concerned but chose to go ahead anyway. Upon our arrival we were greeted by extremely friendly staff. They were ready for us so the check-in process took only a few minutes. We arrived at our suite (2802 at 1200 West Georgia) and were absolutely blown away! The views from this suite are simply spectacular! (For those people who know the city, we had views stretching from North Vancouver to Kitsilano with Stanley Park and Cypress Mountain right in the middle... breathtaking!). The decor was in line with what you would see at a Westin or Marriott - contemporary, comfortable and in good condition. The kitchen and washrooms were also very nice (If it were my condo I might be keen to renovate them but they were in good condition and perfectly acceptable and functional for a rental). The condo had everything one would need and the building was very nice (as were the neighbours!). The location is ideal. Being in Coal Harbour is perfect as you are close to all major amenities, minutes from downtown and close to a large selection of good restaurants and the best shopping in Vancouver. The experience we had over the week we were there was simply terrific! I would not hesitate to go back and would recommend Vancouver Extended Stay without reservation. For the price of a basic hotel room we got a beautiful two bedroom condo with spectacular views and free parking in an ideal downtown location. What more could one ask for?

Great location in the heart of downtown. Plenty to do within walking distance, so we only used our car for sightseeing outside of the immediate area. We were on the 33rd floor, so the view was spectacular. The only thing I would mention is if you will arrive after hours, be sure to understand the two cross street intersections, as the building/parking is difficult to locate at night. In addition, you will need your room key to enter the garage, all building doors, the elevator, and your room, which seems excessive once inside the main building that has security/concierge posted at the front door/elevator area. Overall, was a great value, great location, great view.
"Good for long term stays, bad if you are just looking for a hotel atmosphere"
We were a bit disappointed at the beginning, since we were assigned a baddly maintained apartment, that had cigarettes burns on the seats, and was dusty and not very well kept. Right from the beginning we had a bad overall impression. It is an okay place if you are staying for longer than a week and are willing to do some cleaning yourself, and if you need access to a kitchen. The staff is great, and out complaints were heard and addressed.
"2 week stay Clean, great location"

Stayed here for two weeks. The 1 bedroom was comfortable enough. TV channels sucked. Clean but I could smell smoke in hallways. Garage well maintained and secure. Location very good, close to Robson shopping and grocery stores. Some traffic noise on the 9th floor which is to be expected but vancouver drivers don't honk much.
"Very pleasant stay"

Very excellent apt in downtown Vancouver. We stayed in 2 bdr apt on the 20th floor. Very good view. The apt was very clean and comfortable. There was actually almost everything what you need to live and sleep.. bedding, kitchenware, bath stuff, Wifi, TV cable, etc. Staff was very kind and helpful! Re the location, that was just super. Liquor store and Urban fair super store were just steps from the apt; to get a bus stop and sky train station, you need to walk only 5-7 min. In fact, I even didn't find any small thing i was complaining with. So, I would strong recommend the Vancouver Extended Stay for everyone visiting Vancouver and seeking very pleasant stay in such a beautiful city as VANCOUVER!

Great location. Beautiful apartments. Nice staff. Wash and dryer insuite. Perfect for family vacations. Free parking.is great. The Residences on Georgia are a great option in Vancouver, its rates are accesibles. No houskeeping service, but that was not a problem.
"Well Maintained, well located, well appointed"

We will return. The location is great, close to good restaurants, and the best grocery stores in the downtown, close to Stanley Park, Coal Harbour and downtown shopping, plus all the shops, restaurants on Robson...the rooms and well kitted out, nicely appointed and the building is well maintained. Underground parking is convenient and has easy access and egress... all suites have an office space in addition to a full kitchen and a small dining area...
"Overall a good place"

Check in was somewhat long, and the FOB we needed to park the car didn't work. We were not able to open the parking gates, stairwell or elevators. As a result, we got stuck in the elevator waiting for it to go back to the ground floor because we couldn't push any buttons. Frustrating experience, and it took us 3 times of going back to the lobby before it was corrected. The apartment style was nice and quiet, however it seemed a waste of space for all the rooms. I liked the kitchen and living room, but the bedroom was pretty small and the extra furniture should be removed for more space. The bed was okay, but after 3 days we felt sore after waking up. It wasn't horrible, but not very comfortable either. Internet was not showing up on the floor I was staying on, but we were able to connect to a different floor's wifi. Connections seemed inconsistent, but it was free. Overall the place was clean, bright, had great views, and felt like a good "home base" to come back to after being out all day. We also
