Nice intimate atmosphere and high-quality room. Bathroom is tiny and could be improved, shower somewhat defective, poor water stream, one morning no hot water. Breakfast selection and quality really below average. I suggest getting a real kitchen. Simple things like scrambled eggs or croissants unavailable.

In pieno centro a Pisa.... Un b&b raffinato e di classe, assolutamente consigliato!!!!

"Friendly and convenient"

Friendly helpful staff, good bed, large clean rooms, marble floors, aircon, Jacuzzi, leaning tower in close walking distance, taxi to the airport was less than 20 Euros. Downside being that there is a restaurant opposite so no sleep until the early hours, and no in room safe. We'd spent a few days in Florence so were disappointed with the graffiti and overall feel of the area.

"Great location"

This is a small, boutique style hotel situated within the old town area with only a plaque on the wall to advertise it. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly member of staff and were offered a suite which was perfectly clean and offered two small rooms and a bathroom. My only gripe is that we booked a twin room and were given a bed and separate sofa bed rather than two beds. Despite this myself and a friend both slept soundly and because of its unique style, excellent location a ten minute walk from the tower and lots of great bars/eateries and its cleanliness, I would have no hesitation in staying here again if I ever returned to Pisa.

"Small, Well Located with a Great Room"

We only had one night in the Relais, but wished we had more.It is centrally located in the old town, with plenty of shops, restaurants and bare near by. There only 5 rooms here and you have to carry your luggage up a number of steps to get to reception. The Hotel is not well signed from the outside and there is no parking nearby. However , we went by taxi and the driver navigated the narrow streets and found it easily Reception is only open at certain times, so you have to let them know approximate arrival time. The room was generous in size, very clean and quiet.Breakfast was good , with plenty of food on offer. We ate at Il Campano, which is only 50 mtrs away. See Trip Advisor for reviews of this little gem.

"Pisa Stay"

Excellent B&B and value. Central location in historic centre. Had suite - small, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast good. Staff very helpful (especially Monica) who made our stay very pleasant. Don't be put off by unassuming entrance - it is a gem! Car access is problematic as is parking generally in Pisa. We used efficient and economic train / bus services to get around (e.g, Lucca / Florence). PS -A note on the history of the building and the paintings on show would be beneficial.

"Most helpful staff ever"

Only stayed here one night but was impressed by the helpfulness of the owner and the care and attention Monica gave us especially at breakfast. The breakfast was impressive in its variety. A better selection than you get most places and all fresh home cooked. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Location great for all the sites. Pisa is young and vibrant so no where in the old town is quiet on a weekend night as things don't close until 2am. To enjoy, go with the flow and have a siesta, late dinner and breakfast!

"Small Boutique Hotel in Old Pisa"

Lovely small hotel in old Pisa, walking distance from nice restaurants, bars and sights. The accommodation was spotless, good selection at breakfast friendly staff especially Monica who was always happy to help. Although small it has everything you'd need and it was nice to be in the Old Town. About 15 minutes walk from the station where you can easily get a train to Lucca and Florence. A thoroughly enjoyable stay, good value for money.

"Lovely boutique style hotel"

Lovely little hotel. It was in Sant Ombono square, which is a tiny little square with a bar on the corner, which we visited and it was fine. We were actually facing the front door but didn't realise until we saw the sign on the wall, so don't expect a typical hotel frontage. There were quite a few stairs up from the door, so may not suit less mobile people. There was a reception/breakfast room, when we got to the top of the stairs, which was very pretty. All The rooms were extremely clean, and the hotel had wifi, which was a bit hit and miss but I stress, it did work. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the girl who had lived in Ireland for the past 2 years. The breakfast was typical continental and was good. In the morning, when you come out of the front door there is a fruit market, which was a nice surprise.

"Cosy place for Honeymooners"

I was for business in Pisa and this is not a business hotel which I found out later, despite this it is a romantic place to share with your love ones. You need to climb marble stairs and also if you like Nescafe in the morning an hot water boilers this is good for you. If you like to watch foreign TV, stay away from this place still after 123 clicks I could not find an English channel, but rooms are really romantic so better stay in bed and have fun.

"Great B&B"
05/18/15 550LaLa Southampton, United Kingdom
We stayed for 1 night, also in room 6 which had the small lounge area. It was a very good size, comfy bed and once the windows and shutters were closed, extremely quiet. There is no lift, but only 1 flight of wide, straight stairs to navigate, so it isn't too difficult unless you have a lot of heavy luggage!. We were able to leave our bags in the breakfast area after checkout as we were not leaving until the afternoon. They also ordered a taxi for us. It is an easy 15 minute walk to the leaning tower and there are loads of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. The bar directly outside the door is very good for a night cap. Breakfast was good, a selection of cakes and pastries aswell as some savoury items and yoghurt and cereal. We noticed on our trip that cakes are very popular at breakfast. We particularly liked the biscuit jars in the lounge area, for a sneaky biscuit on the way to bed. There are also tea/coffee facilities in the lounge which made a nice change. Very friendly staff

"Nice B & B near Pisa Tower"

Walkable distance to the leaning tower. Good location for us a family with an underage daughter. The owner offered friendly advice on places to visit and dine. Breakfast was good with tasty homemade cakes. Our best souvenir was the superb service from Monica in the morning during breakfast time. She was very helpful and friendly and even helped us carry our luggage when we were leaving. The only downside to the place is that it is no lift especially if you have heavy luggage or with limited mobility.
